Drive through is a way lot faster but just as slow as going in. The only time I go is when I'm sick. And that's just to get a small mash potato and to small size of gravy . I don't eat the mash potato. I just need something to go with my gravy. I went with my mother one day, and she ordered a chicken finger meal so I could have the side of gravy, lol. Man, I felt so bad for her that I offered to give her my potato and gravy back. The chicken was so hard it could be used as a shank and cause some serious damage. And they never give u cutlery . Then it pisses them off when u ask for it. Until ppl get unlazy or have someone to go in the store and complain because we all know you don't piss the person off who is preparing your food. All these chain fast food places are going to do is over charge you and give you what they want u to have and take your money. I hate apologizing because I ordered something, and they got it wrong, and I do it quite often . I would post a picture, but everyone would know it's their menu board

My visit to the KFC at 342 Kimball Crossing Dr was quite disappointing due to the customer service I received. Initially, the cashier, Jennifer, was friendly, but when an error occurred on her part, the situation quickly changed. I ordered a chicken tender combo, and my boyfriend specifically requested mashed potatoes as my side. I witnessed him say it. However, after driving away, I discovered that I had been given mac and cheese instead.

We returned to the drive-thru to inform them that we had requested mashed potatoes, not mac and cheese. Jennifer immediately became defensive, insisting, "I heard mac and cheese." She did not apologize for the misunderstanding and instead continued to justify her actions, essentially denying any mistake had been made. The situation could have been handled much more calmly, but she opted for a more confrontational approach. On top of that, the manager was just as unhelpful and rude, with neither of them offering an apology. Not wanting to engage in conflict, I simply asked for a refund.

Stopped by here coming from Nooga, got a 12 pc for the fam and another order of just 8 pc. strips. Started to drive off and decided to check the order. Sure enough the 8pc. was not in there. Came back around and the chick who filled the order had her manager take the complaint instead. He was extremely polite and professional. Reached back in the back and got us hot and steamy tenders straight out of the basket!! Plus the fries were fresh out and hot!

Sometimes it pays to be nice and just tell ‘em what happened!

Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals as well as high chairs and boosters.

Wheelchair accessibility: Typical wheelchair ramp and wide door entrance.

I don't like KFC, but go to the one in Kimball, Tennessee, because my brother likes going there
I asked for a sandwich bag with a foil liner too keep a take away warm until I get home.
The cashier brought me two brown paper sacks, do they have a foil liner,no.
Finally third try success
Its amazing they put a chicken sandwich for Carry out in a white KFC paper bag with foil liner.
Why does it take two people to not understand what I'm asking for
I'm not talking Spanish, I'm speaking clear English.
I walked back to the table saying the level of stupidity is rampant now days in retail fast food.

Never use online app to order. I placed a $50 order 16 pc chicken only and 10 chicken tenders..at 9 am to be picked up at 1230. Got there and waited another hour..I asked for mgr.on duty and she didn't to come .asked for a refund and was told no. I had 10 guests waiting at my house for lunch..I asked that they make my order now and was told it would be another 20 minutes..all the while they continued filling orders for dine in and drive thru

Ordered food with plates and cutlery, received neither, and then the lid to the gravy was never fastened, so it spilled and filled the bag with it soaking all of the other sides.

No one greeted or talked to us when we walked in about 5 mins later someone took our order. The food was ready quickly but it was not the best tasting

I ordered inside for take out. I ordered two piece white original. The came back and said all they had was crispy at 7pm. I said fine. Should have checked. I received two piece dark crispy. Tried to call and was hung up on.

Inside takeout. Staff matched what I ordered with combos and did substitutions to minimize my cost. Hot and fresh. I do wish KFC would bake the biscuits a bit longer in all locations.

We ordered the 16 piece bucket family meal with 4 sides and eight Biscuits. Everything was great but they shoved all of Biscuits on top of the chicken in the bucket and smashed them with the lid on top..?? come on kfc, one more bag with fluffy Biscuits would have been ok with us
