Kimball China Buffet

Beware
Decent place for a quick Chinese, but over and over again, they tend to overcook their meats. The sauces and flavors are great and needed with their dried out, tough chewing cooked meat.

I had to give one star or believe me, I wouldn’t! This was the absolute worst food I have EVER had and I’m 60 years old..
We had to throw it away.. None of it was edible.The soup was watery and tasted horrible! The coconut shrimp was like rocks and even the noodles were like dirt and it all had a disgusting aftertaste! Even the sweet and sour sauce was watered down. No way we will EVER go back!

Friendly atmosphere; good taste; but food on bar not up to temperature.

Very good staff, excellent organization and space distribution, I bet you will feel so comfortable there while eating and tasting the excellent food you can serve by yourself and the more you can eat!

Husband and I went there to eat. We usually eat there once a week and have for about a year now. We had the lunch buffet. It was around 3:10….still before the cutoff time of 3:20. No problem…right? Wrong. We had finished a plate of food and I had noticed they’d put crab cakes out. This was about 4:15. So, I go get one and come back to the table to sit down and eat it. Not even 2 minutes have passed and the waiter comes with the bill and says they charged us for the Lunch buffet…but if we wanted to eat more they’d have to charge us the Dinner price. I’m thinking seriously? All because I went back and got one crab cake? So basically you’re telling me that even though we came in at the end of the lunch buffet time we’re not allowed to get something they’ve put out later on just because it wasn’t on the buffet at the time we got there? Really? Their attitude was incredibly rude about the whole thing. The food is good…but the attitude terrible. If it happens again…we won’t be back. They have a lot to learn about good customer service.

Went there an hour before they closed and the food was terrible the noodles were doughy and the food was cold

I took food with me and it turned out that they add a price, the scales show one price but it calculates a different price.
