Waited 40 minutes yesterday for cold food, called to replace it. Get the food today and it’s even colder than it was yesterday. Every single time I go to this McDonald’s we have to wait entirely too long for nasty cold food. The crew is always a mess, yelling, and running around. It’s utterly ridiculous.

This is the 3rd time we have had items missing from our meal when we used DoorDash. It's sad because they make the Door dashers look bad. I'm starting to believe McDonalds in Kimball, requires a college degree to put items in a bag. Here's another thought, if you actually give people their complete order and make sure its nice and hot, maybe they will frequent your place more often.

I ordered online. I walked past six cars in the drive thru and picked my order up at the counter. My order was correct and the food was a expected. As I walked back past those cars in the drive thru I was like; Ba da ba da da, I'm loving it!

I had take out and everything was done right and hot. The staff was nice. The fries could've been salted but everything else was fine.
This place has gone sooooo far downhill. Service times suck, food sucks, cold food despite waiting forever, and don’t order curbside because they will forget about you and then get mad when you call them out on it. Literally so embarrassing that no one here seems to have an idea what is going on at all.

Why is if you order a frappe or iced coffee they take the order and then when you get to the window say they can't make it and do you want something else is the drink machine the new ice cream machine
