Breakfast quick and hot... always good service at McDonald's in the mornings in my experiences driving across the country. This location was on point. In, and out, and order correctly as well. There's a drive thru with plenty of room for small to medium sized trailers.

My son and I were heading home to Georgia. We stopped at this McDonald's to grab a breakfast sandwich. While we were ordering on the kiosk a gentleman started talking to me. When our order was up we went outside to head home I opened up my McMuffin and started to take a bite. It was the new spicy version, I must've ordered it wrong while I was visiting. I went inside and the manager didn't need an explanation, she made a new one for me right away and it only took a couple minutes and I was on my way. They were very busy but ever that I could see had a smile on their face. Great customer service. I would go there again.

Service flat sucks if you go in! It took over 10 minutes just to get waited on from where the lousy employees were too busy waiting on drive through customers! Ceiling is leaking unreal and customers get soaked!

Service was terrible with only 1 of the 5 employees working in the back. Water dripping from the ceiling on customers and on the register. The whole lobby smelled a bit like sewage. Don't recommend coming to this location.

Terrible food nice drive through employee but food was so bad even the coke was flat.
Just did a drive-thru order at 9:30 p.m. 25 minutes later I got my order I drove across the road, got on the interstate and pulled over so I could eat. The fries were way undercooked and cold. The burger was just as cold. I was already on the road so it wasn't worth it to drive to the next exit. Turn around and come all the way back. I've lived in Kimball for a year and a half and I've never ate it to McDonald's until tonight. I have no reason to come back. God bless and goodbye

If I could give zero stars, I would I’ll go in there every morning to get the same breakfast and they always mess my order up and then when you ask them to fix it, they do not want to fix it after you pay $20 for two steak, egg and cheese bagels for extras even the manager has a attitude I will never take my business here again. I will drive out of the way to go to the McDonald’s at the love’s in Jasper because at least they care and can actually make an order right without an attitude.

That was some of the slowest service I've ever gotten! So many people standing around doing nothing. Had to ask for my receipt from the broken kiosk free times.

So it would be nice to have a caramel frappe again been almost a year since the last time I had one. Every time I ask about getting one their machine is down. If their not going to keep the machine up and running then they need to do away with it and take all that stuff off their menu they make. Their loosing out on profit not keeping their machines cleaned and up and running
