As soon as we pulled in, we were reminded of the time we lived in San Felipe. We were greeted with a smile and excellent service. We ordered the Quesa Birria tacos. 4 tacos plus chips and salsa for $14 is a pretty good deal. The tacos were good. Not great. We also ordered the elotè which was not good. They use canned corn. Maybe fresh corn is not in season but it did not have good flavor. All in all, this is excellent mexican food for a place like Tennessee. This would be slightly below average if it were in Mexico. I was going to give 3 or 4 stars. I gave 4 because the have Mexi-Coke. 😋

I grew up in Phoenix, so I have been around Mexican food for a while. After moving to Tennessee, it has been really difficult to find good authentic tasting Mexican food. La Casa changed all that. This is some of the best food in the area. Always fresh, always delicious, and the people there are the best.
