Probably the worst subway you could go to. Everytime we go they don’t have any ingredients. We went and asked for the boss sandwich and they didn’t have meatballs. So I ask for it without meatballs and the girl says “but we don’t have meatballs” yes. That’s why I asked for it without the meatballs. Then I get my sandwich and all they put on it was pepperoni. No cheese or anything. I would put zero stars if I could

Last two times in 2 weeks I’ve been to this subway. First, no greeting or smile. Second they were out of chicken (all types) mayo, avocado, tuna, bacon, and two types of breads. BOTH WEEKS different items they were out of including these. Horrible management horrible associates horrible store. I left with nothing both times.

I am so happy this location has a drive through! With the order screen being touch screen it is so convenient, especially with kids. Usually quick service and friendly employees! Never had an issue with our order either.

Don’t place a mobile order here. The manager did help and give me a refund, but I got screwed over on over half my sandwich. Cannot believe that the Dunlap subway is better than the kimball one and that says a lot.

Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the store until I left! The 3 girls working were Maddy, Chloe, and Kaylie B in which they all greeted me with a smile and awesome attitude! They were very helpful and let me know that they in fact, do still have the chopped grilled chicken for a sandwich while the other Subway in the area claims they no longer serve it. I appreciate their help and great hospitality! Keep up the good work girls!

The three young ladies that assisted me was simply AMAZING! If you want great food, fast and friendly service and beautiful smiles, stop by Subway in Kimball. You won't be disappointed!

A beautiful brand new immaculately clean facility. After paying for my food, I asked to use the restroom, and the employees lied, telling me the bathrooms were not working.
How in the world do we still have 1960 mindsets in these restaurants? I’m appalled by the blatant racism.
This place was awful! The girl doing the meats had a bad attitude and the girl doing the toppings had a baggie sweatshirt that kept running on the sandwich and I waited till she put the sauce on and then told her that she had sauce on her sleeve and that it was touching it and she did a oops don't care laugh and said she would remake it but they pushed me to the end of the line behind like 6 people and kept looking at me like what do you want look and then would ask the new customer that just walked in what they wanted and kept giving menrude looks so I just walked out and went to Wendy's. Wendy's was so kind and sweet and had great service and the food tasted so good at WENDYS! Actually when I was at Wendy's telling my aunt the story a lot of people there was nodding there heads and being like yeah that happens a lot. I'm not from there and was just passing through for a girl's day but I will not be going there again!

This being the only sub sandwich spot around here, it pains me to write this. Every single time I order from this subway the food and service are always horrible. I keep going back because I love a cold sub, but the customer service and the food need help. The people working are always rude and act annoyed that you are ordering food and every time I put in a mobile order, every single sandwhich is wrong. It's like they purposely do not care and it doesn't matter what time of day it is. Also have on more than one occasion, found hair in our sandwiches. Whomever the owner is has some serious improvements to make.
