When I go to the drive-thru the cashier there is a polite. But for some reason every other time I go there something is wrong with my food. For example when I get a chicken quesadilla and it is not steamed melted, has the wrong chicken and no sauce on the inside over shelf the time I order, maybe retain for quality, bc the service is good. But you throw the quality out when you only put half the effort. There are people that avoid stores over this, and this is how jobs are lost and places are shut down, line cooks. Please put more effort in your quality, not just when the health inspector is expected.

I went to through the drive through and ordered a been and rice burrito and I got a been burrito and it had a little bit of onions in it. Also I ordered chips and cheese and they gave me like 5 chips.

I went through the drive-through today and got a grilled cheese steak burrito. It was probably the best one I had ever had. It had the right ingredients and it was cooked just right. The staff are also very friendly as well.

So very disappointed in the Kimball Taco Bell. This is a 3star review ONLY because the young lady who took my order was so patient with me. She was very courteous & professional. Our food was pitiful. I ordered two crunchwrap supremes. There was a smear of meat and very little of anything else. They prices are higher and the quality of the food is ridiculous. They lost a customer tonight. Definitely won't go back.
My wife picked up togo and it was the worst. The crunch wrap had nothing in it but lettuce, sauce and some seasoned beef grease smeared on it. The burrito was just sopping with grease. I know every place has bad day. Today was a bad one for them.
