I went through the drive thru placed my order online got our food (should have checked it) got home I live on the mountain and both of my sandwiches were wrong and I tried calling them and the phone rang nobody picked up tried calling back several times and it gave a busy signal like someone took the phone off the hook plus the worker at the drive thru was on her phone and even made a call to her boyfriend whom she was upset with. It's insane!

I hate that the Wendy's in Kimball is losing its touch on hamburgers. The quality of the meat is starting to taste like cardboard. I never thought there would be a day I chose a number 1 from Sonic, then a Wendy burger . But I do eat other things off the menu, great salad. I enjoy their chili and many other things like the flavor lemonade

Prolly the worst wendys i went to both my burgers were cold and messed up on both times i had them remake the sandwiches and they were still wrong and the entire place was filthy the employees exept one had an attitude the one cook said he was sorry and politly gave me my order
