Betty! She is the shining star at this location. She had a kind spirit unlike I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Whatever you’re paying her, it’s not enough! Thank you Betty! You made the front of house experience wonderful here during my travels

They are running a tight ship. I am super impressed by Wendy’s that run properly anymore. I avoid all Wendy’s in Nashville and any city that have full staffing by quiet quitters who don’t do their job, and can’t be relied on doing any aspect of their job with any level of consistency or care. So when a location cares about their product, cares about if their store it clean, cares about the food quality, cares about the kitchen looking clean, cares about keeping the schedule, cares about offering the full menu, and cares if their staff has good manners and aren’t rude, I AM IMPRESSED!

Nothing good about this place. Tried not to fill my mobile orders, and the order taker was hidden in the freezer. Drinks tasted like crap no sweetener, and too much carbonation. Never go there....Worst Wendy's ever.

Went inside to pick up an order and the customer service was beyond rude, they had maybe 2-3 people working but the woman with tattoos and black hair was beyond rude. I needed to get the order and deliver in a certain amount of time, very rude. Possible evening shift.

Best salad Ive gotten from a Wendy's! Kudos to this one that it was all there, the chicken was hot and salad fresh. All condiment were there!

Went through this morning to get a quick bite through the drive thru. Got down the road to pay for my gas and realized (what I assumed), I left my debt card at the place last used, and charged. When I contacted to ask, they told me my card was not there. I went back to ensure it was not there. The woman I asked, rolled her eyes and said I did not leave a card less than an hour ago. I never left my vehicle. I simply paid for food and after searching for my card within the vehicle, I still NEVER found it. The blatant disrespect of the eye rolling, and the fact the girl I handed my card to would not step to answer me herself, leaves me to believe my card is still there... luckily it has been canceled, however be aware...make sure you recieve your card back, because in the event you didnt, they wont help you. Thanks for the shitty day 🙂

I got takeout & got home and my burger was nowhere near done enough for me so I fed it to my dog! I want my meat done not raw enough it looks like it’s gonna moo. Such a waste of money! Mighty expensive dog food!

I stopped at Wendy's for a quick bite on my way back from Chattanooga after a long day of moving my daughter into her sorority house. Wendy's is usually a consistent choice, and I appreciate that about them. The food always tastes the way you expect it to.
However, the experience this time was a little off. At the first window, the cashier seemed unable to speak, so we had no verbal communication. I was trying to pay with my phone, but without any direction, I had to resort to using my card. This wasn't a huge problem, but it did make the interaction feel a bit disconnected.
I also noticed the sign at the speaker about a lettuce shortage. While I understand that these things happen, it's becoming a pretty common message lately. It makes me wonder if there's a larger issue with planning.
The food, as always, was good, and it's nice to have a dependable option. I just hope the service experience can become as consistent as the food quality.
