I got takeout & got home and my burger was nowhere near done enough for me so I fed it to my dog! I want my meat done not raw enough it looks like it’s gonna moo. Such a waste of money! Mighty expensive dog food!

I stopped at Wendy's for a quick bite on my way back from Chattanooga after a long day of moving my daughter into her sorority house. Wendy's is usually a consistent choice, and I appreciate that about them. The food always tastes the way you expect it to. However, the experience this time was a little off. At the first window, the cashier seemed unable to speak, so we had no verbal communication. I was trying to pay with my phone, but without any direction, I had to resort to using my card. This wasn't a huge problem, but it did make the interaction feel a bit disconnected. I also noticed the sign at the speaker about a lettuce shortage. While I understand that these things happen, it's becoming a pretty common message lately. It makes me wonder if there's a larger issue with planning. The food, as always, was good, and it's nice to have a dependable option. I just hope the service experience can become as consistent as the food quality.

Plain and simple don’t eat at this Wendy’s. Generally we like the chain but this one did not do the food justice. I ordered the new Cajun chicken sandwich and when I opened it to rearrange my condiments I found a fly in my sandwich! When my husband bit into hai burger he looked at the patty and it was pink. This is not a restaurant where pink is an ok color to eat. We live on the mountain so going back to show them wasn’t an option. Just sucks we wasted our money and time getting there. The one in monteagle was closed, that should have been our indicator not to go to Wendy’s at all.

The food was reliably good, as always. I didn't catch her name, but the lady that took our order was very sweet and made us feel extremely welcome. Little things like that produce loyal customers and is greatly appreciated in my opinion.

I was overjoyed to see they finally settled on a breakfast menu. The sausage has great flavor and they use real eggs. I'm not the biggest fan of their potatoes, but they're not the worst. Their salads are excellent and worth the money. I also love Dave's orange cream soda. The ghost pepper chicken sandwich, not as spicy as I was hoping for. Then again, I can tolerate a lot of spice.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Only a few customers there because of the time of day, but staff were busy wiping off tables, restocking and cleaning bathrooms, not just standing around. Apple pecan salad with chicken was fresh and hit the spot!

I went through the drive thru placed my order online got our food (should have checked it) got home I live on the mountain and both of my sandwiches were wrong and I tried calling them and the phone rang nobody picked up tried calling back several times and it gave a busy signal like someone took the phone off the hook plus the worker at the drive thru was on her phone and even made a call to her boyfriend whom she was upset with. It's insane!
