I had such a great experience here today. I was trying to redeem a free drink reward I had earned, but for some reason it disappeared from my account. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind and still gave me my free drink anyway. I wish I had gotten her name because she truly went above and beyond and made my day. Amazing customer service like that really stands out. Thank you!

I keep asking for ice which chocolate mocha which they make with chocolate milk. So after the third time we had it perfected or so I thought. It was to be substituted with breve and white milk, light ice etc and it wasn’t. We waited too long for them to make another. I would have just left it there because the three other visits assured me I didn’t like chocolate milk in a latte. But they really didn’t offer much. Just for me to wait which would make us late to fix it. I should have given it back and asked for a reorder when I come back. Other than that my family like it. I am still a Starbucks girl, but I have teenager that wants one too so it is just a weekly treat now
