These people are so slow at making orders most of the time and I have seen one of their employees very messed up on drugs or something like that on more than one time. Drinks are okay but the people really don’t know how to do their job without it being a fun little run around of talking to friends

The girl handing out drinks sat and talked to her friend for about 10 minutes even after he paid for his drink. Inconsiderate of anyone else. All of the other employees were great. This girl is too comfortable at her job and needs to understand it is a work place and a business not for you to be holding everyone up to talk with someone you know.

I went there with my team and got a medium blended blondie a drink that is normally $6.50 I was told the total was $7.50. This was the first time I had been so I didn’t know that wasn’t the usual price. When the man took my order I gave him my card and after that he turned the screen away from me when the tip option came up pressed a dollar without even asking me or showing me. So when he told me the total he helped himself to a tip I did not give. Not only did this happen to me this happened to the 14 other girls I was with. When we noticed that he charged us more we confronted him and he lied to our faces that he did not tip himself then hid in the back until we left. I have called customer service with no response and I will not stop calling until I get a call back. Dutch bros has never done me dirty like this before. Watch out for the man in glasses he’ll take your money.
