Rude employees. I poured a cup of water out in the parking lot and an employee was extremely rude to me about it!! It was water, not pop, milk, or anything else. Stupid!

Yesterday morning on 28 July, I had a free drink so I stopped at seven brew on my way to work. I was running behind but didn’t matter. I love my seven brew when I got my free large drink. I pulled out and headed to work, went to put my straw in the cup And it was so full of ice. I couldn’t even get my straw inside there. There might’ve been 46 maybe five sips of a drink very upset very disappointed didn’t have time to go back. I’m definitely probably gonna go to a Different 7 brew not to mention, I have sat in the drive-through several times while people got their drinks and the employees stand there and just talk while I patiently wait for my drink I think that is so rude when you have lines full of cars waiting for their drinks and the employers are just sitting around talking laughing so each other pictures after they have already received their drinks This has all happened at seven brew in Kingsport on Stone Drive very very upset !!

I had an amazing customer service experience! I am 39 weeks pregnant and was in a rush to work. I kindly explained to the worker or asked how long the wait would be (otherwise I would have had to leave due to my own poor time management- take in mind I was very polite about it not an entitled Karen😂) the worker(s) did everything they could to accommodate me and give me my drink in a timely manner! They went above and beyond! Thank you so much Seven Brew 💛 also on top of that the drink was out of this world I got an iced banana bread blondie with cold foam ☕️ 🍌 🍞

We try to get 7brew when we come to Kingsport. My mom and I both said after a recent trip. “ Now I remember why I like 7 brew. This is SO good!
