Left because the employees were too busy talking to their friends to even come take our order. Never walked up to our car, but another one of their friends pulled up after us and they went straight over to them. One of the most unprofessional things I have seen at a 7Brew location.

Usually, I love going to seven brew, although I usually go to the one on Stone Drive. Today was my first time being At the Fort Henry seven brew. Absolutely ridiculous service. The girl who took my order was super rude and rolled her eyes as she was walking to my car. They were too busy, chatting it up with each other in a group circle around a car with employees I recognized from the stone drive seven brew. Kid you not, I sat in line for 16mins as the first car there. My drink did not get made until 10mins into sitting there, then they brought out their buddies drinks before mine WHO WERE TWO CARS BEHIND ME. When my drinks came out, one was wrong so they had to remake it due to not listening and more talking, therefore leading me to be there 16mins Absolutely horrible work ethic and mannerism.

They are too busy talking and not paying attention to what they are doing. They gave us the wrong sizes on the drinks we ordered.literally 2 drinks and they swapped the sizes. We were the only car there. Way too loud inside the place. Ridiculous.

They made a special coffee for me that was perfect. I hadn't had it in years because I gave up the idea that anyone could make it correctly. For some reason I decided to ask for it and they made it perfect. The service was great and quick.

I went thru this morning and the young lady took my order came out to 15.55. I gave her a 20 dollar bill with 55 cents. After she opened the cash drawer she put the money in there and looked at me...said you only have me a 10 and change. I told her no I'm pretty sure I gave you 20.55 with a 20 bill. She said no so I gave her a 10. I wasn't going to argue with her, I don't like paying with a card because I feel bad not giving a tip when its on the machine. She needed to pay attention to what she took. If the drawer is 15 dollars more ...you know where it came from (unless she felt like she should have gotten tipped 🤷🏻♀️)
Update: 7 brew replies to your reviews and tells you to contact them via email. They don't respond to emails. Its just to make them look good.

7am on a Friday morning to get coffee before work. There are 9 cars in the lines and not one order taken. No one in the parking lot taking orders. No one standing at the little tables. Have sat in line for 10 mins and not one car has moved. I come here 4 days a week and it has gone way downhill since opening. This used to be my favorite place to get coffee but I’ll be returning my business to Starbucks.
7 brew always goes out of their way to make amazing drinks! The best place!

This location is going down. Especially at night. Workers ignoring you while you are in line as they talk to each other and “make deals” in the parking lot. You need to check your cameras because the vibe that comes from this place is not good. One customer has the pad in their car ordering while others sat in line, while boys and girls played with each other, instead of taking orders. The wearing of sunglasses in a building is a tell tell sign. I know this is not your goal in starting this business!

Great place to get a coffee, energy drink, or tea. Friendly and efficient staff. Only complaint? They should have the menu screens on both sides of their buildings. QR the menu early so patrons can look up what they want early.

Caught an employee tasting the drink before it was served. Confronted an employee about it and he lied. They did remake the drink after they were caught. Fort Henry location. After they made the drink some guy that looked like he came off Jersey Shore gave me the drink and started giving me ( the customer) an attitude.
