Got the big easy chicken Cajun style with green peppers, red peppers, and onions, was delicious.alot of food for someone that doesn't eat alot. I had leftovers.

My server was an amazing black lady name Kimberly she had the best recommendations fast service stayed on top of my drink made sure my food was good and the way I wanted it made sure I was happy and enjoyed my meal to the fullest by far the best and most friendliest service I've ever had in the state of Tennessee and I highly recommend everyone stopping in and requesting her as your personal server because she is the best Applebee's has to offer by far even better then the food there should be more hard working amazing friendly woman like her in the state maybe it would be a better place... great job Kimberly I'll defiantly be coming back just to have you serve me again.....

My friend and I went in for dinner kind of late Saturday night. We sat at the bar. I got the chicken bowl (Irresisti-bowl, I think they are called) it was AMAZING My friend got the sampler platter appetizer and said it was great (I ate a hot wing and it was really good). The service at the bar is to notch, very friendly crowd in there. The staff was nice. Bathrooms are clean, the restaurant itself was also very clean.

There was a roach in my food. Literally came in and gave them the food and they said I put it there. Never ever will be back. I didn't even want a refund or food. I live down the road and wanted to show them in person before I went by cheddars to get something else for myself. Wouldn't recommend. Idk why it's so hard to own your mistakes. I've worked in the restaurant business as a manager for the kitchen amd FOH and this store Is just very mismanagaed.

I love this place! The managers are top notch! The staff is great! More like hanging out with family. Food is always spot on!! Applebees kingsport is the BEST!!!
