Server was at table right away to get my drink order and since I was ready my main order too. Food was out quickly and hot. Tasted very good. Served checked on me several times and asked if I wanted a togo cup. Would recommend eating here.

The smell in this establishment is like dirty dishwater. We did not really want to order but tried an appetizer chips and cheese. The cheese looked like corn chowder and came with about 20 chips. This was horrible the server was not friendly. We left and I will never go here again. The reasons for 2 stars was the margarita was not horrible

One of my favorite spots to eat when we are in Kingsport.Parking: There are usually spots available during the week except around 5 to 6 pm gets somewhat crowdedKid-friendliness: Coloring menu for the kids. Chairs if needed and staff is always friendly to kids as well as the adults.

Amanda, the manager is absolutely amazing. She is hands down the number one reason why we still come there. How to few mishaps and miss Amanda has been absolutely attentive. To all issues, awesome is Hannah. The car side girl is pretty amazing as well. Food was great and a reasonable price. We ordered to-go. The app seems to work on a timer as opposed to realtime updates about your food being ready, so it said our food was ready before it actually was.The server who was covering the carside pickup was friendly and communicated to us why there was a delay in bringing the food. We would eat here again.
I deliver for Uber Eats, and when I came here today to pick up an order, I had 3 or 4 different staff members ask if they could help me, or ask if I'd been helped. I've been to restaurants where they avoid making eye contact, much less acknowledge my presence. Thank you for your excellent customer service, it's very much appreciated!

I haven't been to this restaurant in years. I got a gift card for Christmas so I decided to give it another chance. Needless to say nothing has changed. It's still a disgusting place to eat with horrible service. I placed an online order for pickup, for starters it wasn't ready when promised, the door designated for pick up orders is unattended and when I tried to get assistance the wait staff is busy huddled up gabbing and not taking care of the customers. The "food" is pretty much over priced frozen food. This restaurant needs some serious personnel terminations starting with the manager.
