“It was refreshing to see the new, clen look of this Arby's. The staff made eye contact, smiled and was professional and friendly. Isabell M took our order. They filled our order quickly. The temperature of the food was correct and we even got a senior discount. Well done!!! Keep up the good work.“
“Every time I go here I get some kid with an attitude in the window. Always a different kid and one time they made me wait outside for them to bring me my order for over 10 minutes and there's no one behind me but Arby's always has good food and they managed to do it right.“
“My husband had went to grab some food here. If I would have been with my husband I would have told the manager off for cussing his employees in front of the customers and asked for my money back. But I wasn't with him and the food I was presented at home was the WORST Arbys food I have ever had. Maybe 6 FF, the Roast Beef was hard with hard chunks in it, also had Mozz Sticks that was like trying to eat a tire and no dipping sauce either. We WILL NOT be back at this one and I'll be contacting corporate or someone to let them know how unprofessional their manager is to their employees.“
“Genuinely the best service from any Arby's I've ever been to. I don't know how they managed to find such talented, intelligent and kind employees. Food is fresh and everyone there actually seems to like their job, so rare in today's world.“
