Literally the worst dine in experience I’ve ever had. technically it was a walkout Togo order for a roast beef sandwich and a roast beef slider. I waited 13 minutes for my food. When I got it my slider was cold upon receipt. I walked 8 steps and opened to apply sauced and the cheese wasn’t even melted.
Bad food. Bad service. Arby’s. WE GOT THE BAD TIME.

Ordered food from this location for delivery. Food is cold as hell, got old French fries in our meals and cold too, didn't even get everything I ordered as well! I'm a current Arby's employee and I damn well can read and make sure the order has everything, and ik it should not take long at all to make this order, especially not 30 minutes for two sandwiches, two wraps, and two fries. At least 5 maybe 10 hell. This is not right at all.

Haven't been to Arby's in over 2 years. I usually ordered the Ham and Swiss sandwich with fries. Felt like a change from the other fast food places today so I went to Arby's. $10+🤯 for a ham and Swiss sandwich combo meal. My question is, "where's the meat"?? 🤔 There is more bread and fries than meat. I called and asked what gives. The manager said they only put 3 ounces of ham on the sandwich. 🤨 Every other time I had that sandwich it was full of meat. I understand that there is a cutback with food costs, but not like that. That is a snack size portion. I'll go back to get my free meal. But after that, Arby's is on my do not go back to ever again list.

The chicken sliders was so dry that my kids could barely eat it! When I ask if it was freshly made he said yes and obviously you can tell by the taste and the texture. It's been setting for a while. Very disappointed!! No wonder their sliders are three for five. Employees look like they can use a bath, but as long as their hands are clean I don't care.
