The food was not that good and the service was awful. Took about 15 minutes to finally get the order right and he was acting like he was out of it. We were restoring power after Helene so we were very tired and that is the only reason we stayed to get something to eat.

Every time I go here I get some kid with an attitude in the window. Always a different kid and one time they made me wait outside for them to bring me my order for over 10 minutes and there's no one behind me but Arby's always has good food and they managed to do it right.

The food ia always delicious!! Arby's is one of my favorites. I didn't star the atmosphere because I went through the drive-thru. The crew member at the window was lovely (well-groomed, make-up beautifully done (40-50 age group) and was incredibly friendly. She even made sure to speak to my dog Tucker. Overall, it was a happy, lifting experience.
I have not been to Arby's in quite some time. Today my brother and I got some sandwiches and the meat was very dry. The service was outstanding. Everybody was pretty awesome. The atmosphere well there was none. There were actually two songs playing at the same time, an '80s song and some country music.

The fries were cold, my gyro pita bread was dry and falling apart. The chicken nuggets were hard as a rock and one of our drinks were wrong we ordered a coke and got diet coke. This is by far the worst experience I've had at this Arby's to date.

Sign states closes at midnight, website states midnight, all lights on, employees are behind counter HOWEVER after waiting at drive thru then speaking into intercom message comes on and recording states “we are closed”. It’s 11:10! Please turn off lights, sign, change hours at store and update website!

To whom is in control...me an my wife have been long time customer at this Arby's an we have gotten to know many of the people who work there ....my wife had took sick so we was unable to go like we use to ..but last week we started back ...my wife had become friends with the young lady who name was ether Kimmie or Kimberly at my age trying remember name is hard ....during our first time back in in awhile ...she an I sit an enjoyed our single chicken sandwich it was out date night Lolo ...my wife looked at me an said I don't see my Kimmie ...so I ask the young blond behind the counter she snapped back o we got rid of her ...again to who ever in charge ...my wife said if Kimmie not here I dnt won't come back here to a place we gone to bort every other day for years ....so please bring miss Kimmie back or y'all lose customer due her friendly face not there thank you again clenn an Mollie Ramsey
