We had the best birthday breakfast at Bettys stockyard cafe this morning. I can’t say good enough things about this place. We walked in and they made us feel like we were at home. Everyone was so sweet to our boy. The man sitting beside us prayed for our family and Emmett when he blessed his meal. The man on the other side of us paid for our meal as a birthday treat. Miss Betty herself gave Emmett a birthday gift… and the gravy tasted just like my nanny’s. 🥹 Here’s to your first birthday little man!

Favorite thing to do on a Saturday morning is breakfast with my daughters at Betty’s. Everything is delicious but the oatmeal is my absolute favorite!

Eating at Betty's is like goin home where the conversation is good, the homecooked meal is great, and the love is endless. I've been going here about once a week for 2 1/2 years now. ❤️ it!

A small funky little diner where the locals hang out. I had the biscuits with gravy, bacon, and eggs. Just what my tummy was asking for!
The interior is filled with woody signs, memorabilia, photos of friends, family, and patrons, and even some artwork.
A great place to stop for breakfast or lunch.

This place is absolutely amazing. I had the biscuits and gravy, sausage, and 2 eggs combo, and let me tell you, it took me back to my days growing up on my grandparent's farm.
Back to the days of getting up in the morning, doings farm chores while granny cooked breakfast. Then, heading back into the house and having breakfast before getting on the bus and heading to school.
The owner, Betty, is super nice, friendly, and funny. She gives off that traditional southern granny feeling and very much reminds me of my own granny.
Most definitely come check this place out, you will fall in love with the good food and good old fashioned southern charm.

I had actually never been to the cafe before, but a colleague told me about it. We stopped by today for a bite to eat. The staff are professional, friendly and all around great! I grew up on a farm, so this place brought back so many memories and reminds me of more simple times, when there were no strangers and everyone was welcome at the dinner table. Betty is friendly, kind and full of laughter, just like the other staff members. I would recommend checking out this little cafe and just to let you know the food tastes great!

A very cozy cafe. There are no tables, but many counter seats. Very friendly folk, with alot of frequent customers. The food was delicious....loved the homemade blackberry jam. Wonderful find in Kingsport.
