Was very disappointed at store #720 on west stone drive. I ordered 8 pc family meal and few other things, total $45.29. I got home and family started eating and we're set on fire! Took 6 of the pieces back to swap for non-spicy thinking there was just a mistake and we were given spicy by accident. Nope! That's all they sell and no refund because 2 pieces were missing. When I ordered the girl said Cajun for a chicken biscuit that was on my order, I said ,"oh no we can't handle Cajun or spicy stuff!" Perfect time for her to have said, "All our chicken is Cajun except....." but no, found out the hard way. I feel they could've refunded for the 6 pieces I brought back at the least. I had receipt and the food. Very disappointed! I guess we won't be eating at Bojangles anymore.
The lady was rude taking my order and very snarky. I dont know if their microphone works but they will be rude to you because they can't hear you even when you're yelling. Said it would be a 5 minute wait for fries. I had to wait 14 minutes. Just had one order of fries. DONT COME TO THIS BOJANGLES the few minute extra drive to the location near Walmart on fort henry would've been worth it.

I'm honestly frustrated with this evening's situation. I placed an order through the DoorDash app, arrived at the location, but I don't understand how a fast-food restaurant can claim every customer will leave with a happy smile.
I placed my order for pickup instead of having a DoorDash driver collect it. At the location, friendly staff greeted me and said they only had a DoorDash order for Karen when I showed them my phone. Apparently, another driver picked up the order, but I am unclear why confirmation was lacking.
The manager looked at my face, appearing confused. She didn't know how to handle the situation, so she called another manager. The second manager refused to replace the order or take any action, saying she knew nothing about DoorDash.
In conclusion, it's unfortunate that your staff's inadequate training led to mistakenly giving my order to another customer, leaving me without dinner this evening.
