They were extremely short on worker's/employees. Walked inside two women working. Still got my food out to me fairly quickly.

Almost every time we get food from this Bojangles, something seems to be wrong with our order. But tonight takes the cake.
The hubster went through the drive-thru for a family meal. The employee tried to tell him they didn't have it although it was clearly listed on the menu. The meal came with 3 sides. He ordered mashed potatoes with gravy, mac & cheese and French fries. They had him pull into a spot after paying. No big deal, right?
So the hubster gets home, we get everything in the house & starting getting food on plates. They had included plates, plasticwear, etc...seems like a good start.
But... NO fries....then I went to put gravy on my mashed potatoes. It didn't look right. At first, I thought it might be curdled because it looked like it was separating. I mixed it with a spoon and the consistency was odd. I tasted it. It tasted like pancake batter. Then the hubster & kid #2 realized it was the chicken batter!....!!!!!....?!?!?! We don't know if was straight from a container or if it came from a bowl that raw chicken had been dipped in. Eeewwwwww.
So was this intentional on the part of the employee? Or did someone royally screw-up and put chicken batter in the gravy container?

Worst drive through I've ever seen. They consistently cannot get an order right, incredibly disorganized. The Bojangles in Bristol always does a good job, this one is terrible. 10/10 do not recommend.

They keep products too long I like older chicken so when it's too old for me it's really bad. No matter time of day it's hard biscuits and ham like jerky

Not a fan of crispy and they didn't have an option for the fried chicken. It was jawbreaker material. Also tasted like cardboard dipped in grease. Macaroni was way overcooked, very mushy. Terrible food!

I only went through the drive-thru. It was quick service. However, the lady at the window seemed a little unorganized or over tasked. She didn't even finish her salutation before walking away after handing me my food, and she barely made eye contact with me as she handed out my food.

Restaurantji Recommends
Staff is always high and the drink cups are covered in grease. I've went here 3x trying to see if it had changed. The only one that's not disgusting has been on W Stone dr.
Had a very good time

Ripoff.
They try to charge more for items, than any other Bojangles in the area.
Like...Lareg Tea isn't full price, like soda.
But to this location it is.
I'll just go to the others, no biggie

Good food, a very clean restaurant and the service was excellent. Highly recommend them for breakfast and no doubt their evening meals would be good as well.

A drive through worker thought khaki pants were indecent exposure in 18 degree weather (and a heavy coat was also on this person) so she took the time to watch a wallet get pulled from the back pocket of the pants yet wrote down my tag number, called the police and told them no pants were on. They came to my house (2 cars, 3 officers), took my name, phone number and my passenger's name and phone number and banned us from that store. I didn't even interact with them. Do they not have a real job to do??? And to get 3 cops dispatched to my HOME for a permanent report that is DEFAMATION of CHARACTER! UNACCEPTABLE and I'll be emailing the local news stations. Not to mention the corporate office, Twitter, my Facebook page (where you can see the pants worn), Instagram and TikTok! Doesn't the manager have a responsibility of Due Diligence in investigating prior to calling our police department who have REAL complaints to investigate!??!??
