Atmosphere well the ai they have for ordering just was enough for me to grab my sister's unbelievable over priced food and get out of there. Didn't even get myself anything to eat. Came around lunch time to get me and my 1 year old son food got our food and pulled up to make sure everything was there, we received everything excepted our biscuit and gravy, so then I went to check our biscuits I got a egg/cheese biscuit for my son was about to hand to him till I realized it was missing cheese and also had hair in it. Went back to the window to get our biscuit and gravy and to show them the hair and the manger that came to the window was just straight up rude and acted like it was our fault then she went to the guy that was made our food to tell him and to make us a new one and they just all looked at us disrespectful. Anyways the guy had a beanie on and long hair like a girl, which is perfectly fine but the fact he didn’t have his hair up in a bun or pony tail or something was disgusting he’s working over food with his hair all over it. NASTY!!!! They fixed our food yes but when we got the new one it was just all threw together.

I would love to taste higher but order accuracy is not good here. Food is also hot or miss. I've had some of the best and some of the worst dried out old chicken sandwiches here.

The pictures are misleading. We order a 12 Supreme thinking it's the bone in chicken which is shown on the picture, to get home and realize it's 12 chicken strip dinner meal for $32. 99. I called and ask to bring it eight and was told I would have to pay again. I will not be returning to this Bojangles 😒

I went thou Bojangles on my way home from work yesterday evening and got a 8 piece chicken meal and the chicken was not cooked all of the way. One person was not too friendly!

Food was good & order correct but they took over 20 mins on a simple order. Personally I don't mind to wait for good food but if on lunch break & in a rush, you might want to pick elsewhere.
I've went there 3 times this week trying to get a 2 breast meal,but everyday I've tried they never have any chicken ready and you have to wait 15-20mins.

Ordered (2) ham biscuits. Both the pieces of ham were much smaller than the actual biscuits. They were also mostly fat, so very little of an enjoyable breakfast once on the road where I could enjoy. Would have much better to have driven to the other side of the city to buy Hardee's ham biscuits. NEXT TIME I Will know better.

Honestly if there was a no stars I would! First off came here the other night and our food was cold and couldn’t even eat it so we called and the manager said he would replace our food. Come back two days later and got our same order and the food WAS WORSE!! The only thing editable was the biscuit. The chicken bites had been sitting so long they were hard to bite into. The employees our so rude and hatful towards customers. They were telling us that our receipt wasn’t what was written down arguing with us and didn’t even say sorry or have a good day! The manger was the only nice person we spoke with! Will never return here definitely wasn’t worth my $35.
