All signage was gone, but looked open so we gave it a shot. Glad we did. A decent selection available. We ordered the pulled pork and chicken sandwich"combos" with fries, and baked beans. Was very tasty, a good sized portion of everything. Fries were fresh and hot, beans were delish, as were the sandwiches. Rolls were even soft, not dried out.We did the drive though, and the young lady was helpful and friendly. We will be back, thanks.
My husband and I got the pulled pork platter he put their signature sauce on his I put mustard sauce and hot sauce on mine it was great. The sidea were great to he has no teeth but everything is not over cooked so he can eat it with no problem. Next time we are in Kingsport we will be back. The service was great to.
We ate inside , my wife only got half of her order. The girl said she would bring the rest of her food right out , after a long wait...............Nothing , the girls were all at the front gabbing , to busy to worry about anyone in the restaurant .Will not be back again.

New place thought we would check out. Did the drive through.Staff was super nice, friendly and helpful (slightly different menu).Service was pretty speedy. Prices were reasonable for what you getWhich, by the by, was very tasty. Decent amount of meat in platters and sandwiches. Sides were tasty, and while not huge, were sufficient when you put the whole thing together. In other words, you won't go hungry.Definitely check them out. Nice to have decent BBQ close by.
Got 2 brisket sandwiches, 2 fries, 1 pulled pork sandwich and 1 okra. Recieved everything but short a fry. The fries I received was burnt and nasty!!! Meat on sandwiches was tuff, fatty, burnt and not good. This has happened multiple times the food not being edible and the order wrong. I am done I have tried giving the restaurant mulitple chances but it's to expensive to be unedible more times than not.

Food was surprisingly good. The only thing that would make it better is cornbread muffins instead of toast.

Best BBQ in the Tri Cities! We’ve been several times at various times of the day and throughout the week and have never had a bad experience, bbq has always been tender and tasty!

Got a sampler and a sandwich to share. Best thing was the sweet tea. The portions were small and the fries were underwhelming crinkle fries. Meh. Price was too high for what you get tooThis was 2 weeks

We ordered online and picked up at drive thru window. We ordered (2) large bbq platters and the totinos. When I got to the window to pick up, I was told they didnt have the totinos which are $8.99. They substituted the fried pickles for totinos and as you see from the picture, not much. They were also very rubbery. The pork sandwich was good along with the fries.

The food was ok...probably would have been better if it was warmer. Seems like it was pulled out of the fridge & nuked, just not long enough. Didn't like the surcharge for using a credit card, but at least there is a large sign on the door, instead of trying to hide it.
This place is the real deal. The owner is an amazing person definitely someone who cares about his food and customers.Do your self a favor and try the banana pudding.

Food is good and if you eat in store you will not be charged for the sauce you put on your bbq. However they take advantage of the drive thru customers by charging 50 cents per cup of sauce. Dine in can float their meat in sauce and yet takeout gets charged for tiny cups. Predatory business practices will make me stop frequenting a place just as quick as bad food. Y’all need to stop that bullcrap.
