My kids and I came out today and had Bobi as our server. We sat out on the patio. Bobi has no personality at all and was just straight to the point on what did we want to eat and drink. She never gave any suggestions on anything. It took almost 20 minutes just to get drinks. Our appetizers came before our drinks did. There was literally 5 cars in the whole parking lot so it wasn't busy at all. At one point our drinks were empty and we had already asked about 5 minutes prior to get a refill. My daughter had went inside to wash her hands and saw Bobi just sitting down in a booth. It came time to go so I asked for a to-go box and bowl to put our food in. I ended up having to go back inside after sitting there for another 20 minutes and had to ask again for the bowl only to be told she forgot. It wasn't busy at all there and truly is no excuse to be that forgetful or to let your tables drinks be empty. Definitely not a good experience today.

this is an average place. I expect great things from a name like this. I get the cauliflower wings and they are cool. sometimes more saucy and sometimes variety in size and consistency. I decided to dine in with my girlfriend and half the tables were turned. what I mean is they close at 2am and we were there around 8. we wanted to sit at a booth and they had all the tables on the side so we couldn't sit there. being a vegetarian we decided to go with guacamole and chips. it was bland and no flavor at all. even my girlfriend said it tasted like mushy water. I would have preferred a can of Salasa from the store over this lame guacamole. no lime, no cilantro, no salt even. half ass. anyway got cauliflower wings and didn't even get any celery or carrots to go with it and to be honest this is the 3rd time this has happened so at this point I'm not even sure if it even comes with the boneless wings or not. Just decided to ha e a couple of bite and left after 45 mins. I'm not to happy with this place and it sucks because when I order them to go it's fine. maybe it was tonight or whatever. I just hope things changes and they make it better.

I haven’t had a correct order from this place in legit almost a year. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have ordered, something is not correct or even just left out completely. I even can call and verbally have them repeat my order and they still get it wrong. I understand mistakes happen. But man, this is every time. I never complain when it comes to things but I have wasted so much money on food I never receive or is just wrong. I mostly order take out which my goodness should NOT have to be checked down to the last little thing every time. I should be able to trust the employees but I guess not. The lady today that placed my order got it correct and was very pleasant but whoever is fulfilling these orders every single time and marking them complete needs to get checked. Get it together bdubs. Not cool. I’m thinking of just never eating with them again. I love their wings, they are my favorite but I’m tired of being let down. My last chance was possibly today.

Used to spend hundreds a month here, not any more. Always late on my food when i order ahead, gave my food away to the wrong person one day, inconsistent (every time i ordered some thing was different), service is garbage, i tried redeeming my points (that i earned), wouldnt work (and no one would help figure out why, i tried using promo codes, didnt work, so with that being said, this place is a shit show, and you lost a lot of business coming from one individual. Its obvious to me that you dont care to keep what used to be a loyal and high paying customer, that is all.

Will never be back. I seriously hope the owner realizes what a joke this place is. Service is a nightmare, and food was disgusting and cold. Had 8 servers on a dead night and still couldn’t seem to even get a refill. We had to walk up to the drink station where the servers and manager on duty were congregated. Not worth keeping it open. The bathrooms were pretty gross as well. Get a grip.

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! Service was horrible. Servers were drinking and high. You can smell the weed while they are serving you. Our server was literally drinking at a table next to us plus smoking her vape. Please tell me how you expect to have a good tip when you act trashy. Also our friend got charged the wrong amount then charged again. They charged him twice because they weren’t in the right mind set.
I have tried to order online and it will not let me so I’ve tried to call and I have literally heard them pick up the phone and hang up. Terrible service. Like I get if y’all are busy I’ve worked in restaurants and done customer service but there’s also the option to go “hey! I am currently with a customer may I place you on a brief hold?”

This place is terrible. They charge me $60 for nothing. The food was Terrible. Their drinks was outrageously expensive. And so they charge me $13 for these tater tots. The quality. Is so bad and also we sit for 45 minutes before. We even got our Drinks. We'll never go back here. I will never eat at another Buffalo. Wild wings ever again. Also, the waitress was really bad. Then she looks at me like she wants a tip.

We sat in the large bar area. Our server was covering the entire area AND tending bar. She was working sooooo hard! The manager, Logan, was standing around watching her. The kitchen was slow and our server was trying to keep up. We watched him criticize our server. Really? We are business owners and when we are short staffed, we jump in to make our customers have the same experience as when we are fully staffed, even if that means doing the simple tasks like cleaning. Kudos to our server. We’re tipping big and hoping that the manager does NOT get a cut.
