Good food. Great service. Asked to sit on the patio due to covid. I asked for the hot sauce on the side. No problem. My wife and I had the patio to ourselves.???UPDATE. ???Went in. Greeted by a sign instructing us to choose a table. At the table was a notice to scan a bar code to order. Got up and left. I eat out to be waited on at a table and served a meal. You might as well open an old 1930's auto-mat diner. What's next? I have to cook it and clean up. Not while there are full service restaurants nearby. We won't be back.

We had a party of 7 & only 6 ordered. We ordered around 6pm After waiting an hr our food came out & was so cold you would have thought it had been sitting in a fridge. The appetizers came with the main. Only a few dishes were warm. We had to send back the orders there was no I'm sorry let me rush the orders. We had to ask for drink refill napkins straws all the basics. We are very hungry and very patient. They finally starting bring some of the orders back out. My order was about 30min after & Luke warm no chicken on the nachos. Mind you it was nowafter 8pm. Gave up starving at this point, ate some of it. Then the bills come & she has charged us double.we never got a smile.sorry but still left the waitress a tip. I have never had such bad service or cold food at Bdubs before. A simple apology & hot food would have went a long way.

Came in for lunch and a beer today, the bartender Nay was incredible. She was friendly, immediately greeted me as I sat at the bar, asked me how my day was and if i wanted any appetizers. I didn’t decide to do that today but i did opt for the cheese curd burger with fries. Food was good but the excellent attentive service with a smile made it great

Today we arrived at your store in Kingsport Tennessee on stone drive at 8:40 pm. Our party consisted on myself my husband and our three kids ages 7 8 & 6 months. We were seated by 8:45. We were told they had to go find us menus and would be back. At 9:20 our waitress approached asking if we were ready to order. We still at this point had not received a menu. She left to find us menus as soon as she came back we were handed the menus and asked for our drink order and appetizers so I tried to hurry and look it over. We were informed the grill was broken so we could only order breaded items. So at this point it is already 9:40 and I wanted to leave but every other restaurant was closing soon so we stayed. After placing our appetizer order we waited until 10:00 before she came back to ask for our order and we still had not received our drinks silverware or appetizers. Another waiter approached us at 10:30 informing us he would be taking over our table and that the waitress we had was having issues all night. He went to locate our food to find it all sitting in the window cold so it had to be remade. Our appetizers were brought out at 10:45 followed by half our food. At this point my kids had been asleep laying their heads on the table since 10:04. My husband was beyond fed up at this point the manager never approached us to apologize for sitting in his restaurant for so long with no food. My husband had to track him down. Then he only removed 18$ from our 80$ check. After tracking the manager down we requested the rest of our food be brought out in boxes and more boxes be brought out for the appetizers we had just received. We paid and left at 11:00. This is the worst service I have ever received. We are regulars at this location and love it normally. I'm not sure if we will ever return after this encounter. And I also just want to note that the restaurant was dead maybe 6-7 tables in use if that. And to top it off I got home at 11:40 opened my food to eat it since they boxed it fresh from kitchen for me and it was completely wrong so still didn't get to eat even after all that time and money.I have attached a photo of my sleeping children so you can see the pain you caused them.

First, I never complain and I have never written a bad review for a restaurant. Today is a first. The seat yourself sign and order yourself at the table means you aren’t getting even a glance from a waitress for at least 15 minutes. Once she does arrive we ask if everything has to be done on the app and she lets us know it’s more convenient for her instead of writing it down. It felt like we were an absolute inconvenience to even be in the restaurant. There was 1 waitress with purple hair who it seemed like tried her best to serve every single table in the restaurant, and that is who we had to awkwardly flag down for refills/silverware/napkins. The rest were in the back arguing with each other or had tunnel vision. I even raised my hand at one point trying to get attention to our table. At the very end, after we paid, this adorable older lady asked if we needed anything. Unfortunately we were done and ready to get the heck out of there.
