I went to burger king tn and I was getting food at the window and like I always do I check my food and this lady at the window goes and says "could u pull up and do that we have a drive thru schedule" and I ain't never heard that from this burger king at all and their was car infront of me checking their food aswell and she didn't even sound polite.

Got a 16 piece nugget with ranch and large onion ring.. Plenty of people were working, all were extremely kind, fast, and food was fresh. Store was really clean when I walked in! Definitely looks a lot better than other ones lately; not a dirty table in sight and they were busy inside and drive thru. Very kind and patient with us; they were doing really well. I know they were probably overwhelmed due to so many coming in probably due to weather. Only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is my ranch was curdled; smelled and tasted sour, clumpy texture. The others they gave me were the same. Definitely need to rotate and check the sauces.

I just I to order for take out I had a coupon for a couple of chicken sandwiches also wanted a 4piece fiery mozzarella sticks the order went said over a few times so it would be right, I get my order everything was there but No receipt or No cheese sticks after it was requested a number of times, I called the Manager she said I was not ordered there was nothing she could do. I will never go back to that Burger King again the service is horrible. The manager should be fired.
I never do reviews before but this place is horrible me and my boyfriend went on Saturday to get food and the missed half of our order I was working and when I got off we came by to see if we can get them the manager on the shift was horrible to us and stated that we were lying I would love for the gm to look on the camera to see we didn’t get our order with the receipt do not go to this place unless you want to get charged twice for the food

I was yelled at by an female that worked there about someone cursing her boyfriend that also works there. I told her it was not me. Then I was looking at my phone's Burger King app when the manager Whitney yelled saying " YOU can't just hang out here" I told her I was using the app to order. But then after being treated with no kindness, no respect, and terrible customer service I decided to leave. As I was leaving I ran in to a cop. These people called the police saying I was rude to them. ? Lol!!!!! ? Lies are the lowest these people could do. That's just fine because I will not let that create my good day I'm gonna have. Ignore ignorance is best here. Please don't go to this Burger King. Go to another one where they treat people with kindness, respect, and act professional. There foolish people are a tarnish to Burger King so don't waste your time, energy, or money with liars.
