The GM Katy and Gracie were awesome. Food was hot and tasted great. Everyone at the store are friendly. Store is clean. I will be back at this store

Forget about it it's like the third or fourth time my fish wasn't done, and for some reason the portion sizes on the fish are getting skinnier, also there's mold in the ice maker in between the cracks and crevices at the drink machine, the fabric on the seats in the dining room are so stained with stains of grease and God knows what else obviously it's in the fabric I don't think shampooing it would make it come out. It's just like Stinkport to have the crumniest everything I mean just about every restaurant it's horrible if you go to other cities and eat at the same chain it's like night and day

Went thru drive through, although the order was ready, there wasn’t a single condiment (which was paid for in advance), no napkins, nor cutlery. Kinda ruins the meal when you’re looking forward to the shrimp WITH cocktail sauce!

Normally I would highly recommend Captain D's but if it's like it was tonight no. I called and they are closed so I left a voicemail. I got the new breaded garlic shrimp,fish meal for $5.99 added $2.00 for extra fish, got a side of slaw and loaded potatoe soup. My fish doesn't look done, shrimp wasn't breaded, I even asked for few boxes of crunches and got only 1, asked for cocktail and plenty of tarter, got none and napkins, got none and I asked at the window!! I paid $30 for food that wasn't done,wasn't breaded and did t get not even a pack of what I asked for!! Honestly, I love that restaurant but it was horrible tonight!!!
