Absolutely horrible experience! Order online and my husband picked it up for me. When he got home a couple things were missing. My red velvet cheesecake being the most important to me because it looked so good. So I called to let them know items were missing. He was less than friendly on the phone, but none the less took took my name and told me I could come pick it up anytime. I did ask if it could just be refunded but he didn't even address that so I'm assuming that means they couldn't. So my husband goes back to pick up my food and some man comes from the back hollering she already came through here and got her hush puppies and cheesecake and now you back trying to get free seconds. I never left the house during the whole fiasco so I don't know who they gave free food to but it wasn't me. My husband even showed them my email receipt with my order on it. They did not give him the hush puppies and I still didn't get my red velvet cheese cake, just a rather small piece of the plain. I'm sure they see people try to scam for free food often but to act that way to someone willing to drive back and show the receipt to try to correct the problem is the most petty and unprofessional thing I've ever heard of. While the food i got was good I will not return here for anything. If I want captains ds I'll drive to another one somewhere else in the tri cities. For the price you pay for the food and the appearance of classier fast food they try to project I expect better out of the managers. If I wanted to deal with a strung out looking bum id go to one of the lower tier burger joints

Food was cold. Chicken was dry and the breading was hard. Slaw tasted like it was just cabbage and mayo. Of course we were there close to closing time so maybe that was why. Normally the chicken is awesome. The tea was really good as always.

My husband picked up dinner for two and though he ordered what I wanted, my order was wrong. I called the store immediately and spoke with Tyler, telling him that my order was wrong. He apologized and said for me to hold onto my receipt and I had 30 days to get a free meal equivalent to what I had spent. True to his word, I returned 10 days later and not only did I get a free meal, he threw in 6 more hush puppies for free. I know Captain Ds is basically considered fast food, but I have never had any other fast food establishment offer what they did. And who hasn't gone to McDonald's and had them screw up your order! Not only does Captain Ds treat their customers with respect, their employers are super friendly, their seafood is so much better than Long John Silvers. I would recommend them highly.

Food was really great ,except for my baked potato,it was a little old, but as a former Wendy's manager,I know the perils of trying to keep the potato numbers right, sometimes you can feel the whole oven full and still not be enough and sometimes you can't sell one for everything in your life. But compared to the other fish places it's top notch

Been to this location twice. The food has been great but the order is either incomplete or wrong. The first time, we ordered drive thru and they missed putting an entrée in the bag. They did resolve this by saving our name and order, and we came back to redeem another day. The second time, when we redeemed our missed order they just missed adding one fish to a deluxe seafood platter order that we paid extra for, the employees were very kind and figured it was not worth the hassle to complain over a piece of fish. The environment is very empty as most people just use the drive thru. Would still recommend, food is good and employees are friendly.
