My husband and I came here for dinner last night on 3/15/24 around 8pm. Both of us worked yesterday and we are Catholic so during Lent we eat fish on Fridays, and we were starving. The lady at the front counter was high on something and was shaking so bad she could barely do anything. The “manager” on duty (I think his name was Mark) was definitely also high on meth. It was a long time before they brought our food to the table and when they did, I had a long hair cooked into my rice and hanging off the side of my plate. There was no apology, no one ever came back to the table to let me know what was going on. I had to go up to the counter. The lady said “he’s fixing it for you” and at that point I just asked for a refund. No one ever came back out to talk to me so I just went back and sat down and watched my husband eat. We had to stand there and wait on the manager to tell me that he already issued us a full refund. I didn’t get to eat dinner last night. Thanks a lot, Captain Ds. It sounds like you all need to start doing random drug testing on your employees and maybe hire some people who are able to work.

I orderd the giant fish sand which which use to be the most amazing thing on the menu but apon arriving home and opening my food they no longer put the sand while in a box with your side it was in a bag which made my sandwich soggy and nasty then I also notice they didn’t even put lettuce on it like advertised and hardly any tartar sauce not even a sliver of amount to taste do better captain d

I ask for no shrimp on a Deluxe seafood platter. I ask for them to substitute fish for shrimp. They said the manager said no. I ask them to please just leave it off because I am allergic to shrimp. I said over the intercom and made it known why I didn't want them. I got home and they had included the shrimp on my meal and ruined the entire meal because of my allergies. I was going to call and complain but I can't trust them now to not make the situation worse seeing how I am highly allergic and they still put it on my food. I don't trust a replacement meal. I don't recommend this place for safety reasons if anything else.

Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes, only two cars ahead of me. Neither had extraordinarily large orders. So slow I drove off after twenty minute wait. Went next door to Arby's, ordered, received food and left parking lot before the car that was behind me at Capt D's had gotten served.
