Charleys Cheesesteaks

We live 2 minutes from the Mall and have never bought anything from Charley’s until today. We have been missing out ! I purchased the original Philly Cheesesteak and an order of the fries for my Husband and myself and the food was amazing !! Now when we want the best Cheesesteak sandwich around,I only need to go two minutes from our home to get it 😳 Yippie !!

Very rude asked for ketchup 3 times was ignored. Gave me a cup that no lids would fit why didn't they give me a cup that a lid would fit?Have been a long time patron but I won't go back I can get a sandwich at a lot of other places.

Whatever you do don't order from here. I grew up in this place and next door and the manager and employees now are not good nor kind. They will laugh at you and when u call to make sure the things you are ALLEEGIC to are not on ur sandwich bc u can't customize online they will not make sure ur food is correct. I asked if my name could be put down bc I have no car this food got picked up and I got hung up while crying and trying to explain this was all I had and I just needed soemthing bc I am too weak to walk to the store and I can't take my medicine u til I eat.

Idk if this is really his name but I'll find out. Brendan is the one who hung up on me.

Ordered the chicken teriyaki had hardly any meat no teriyaki sauce and two skimpy tomato slices, then on classic cheese steak barley enough meat to reach the side of the bread, maybe a tablespoon of cheese on the whole regular size sandwich! Definitely not what was advertised and most definitely will not be returning to this location again!!!!

I mean the customer service was great but all these folks saying it's the best Philly they ve ever had definitely hasn't had a GREAT Philly cheese Steak! Not bad but definitely mediocre.

It was my first visit to a Charley’s Cheesesteak and it did not disappoint. Food was great, clean environment, and the staff were very friendly. My family and I will definitely be back.

Ordered sub, boneless wings, and fries online. When I arrived to pick up my order I was informed they were out of boneless wings until the truck arrived. They were unable to refund my credit card for the wings I paid for. I received a free small sub card in compensation for the wings. The online ordering should reflect the menu items that are unavailable so that I don't pay for something I can't get.

Staffs super nice! Definitely recommend the strawberry lemonade but the food maddddd salty!!

Ordered 3 sandwiches online. They only put 2 in the bag.. we noticed and told them and they said they were out of turkey for the 3rd sandwich. So, instead of telling us they were out and couldn’t make it, they were going to just let us pay for 3 and leave… they gave us 2 coupons for free subs after we addressed the missing sub. Now I’m opening my sandwich to find it’s missing onion, pepper, mushroom, and tomato. They said they are also out of tomatoes…doesn’t explain not putting onion pepper and mushroom but ok.. lastly we ordered chips… I bet this will shock you.. they were out of Chips!! So no turkey no tomato and no chips… now a simple phone call to let us know they didn’t have the items we ordered, considering we drove 30 mins to pick it up, would have been very much appreciated

Josie was very sweet and helpful I was unsure what I wanted and she helped me decide, it was an amazing choice, Ty was also very sweet and made me laugh when waiting on my food it was all in all an absolute pleasure to eat there. FOOD 10/10!!!

The worst experience ever. I found a hair in my sandwich. After my son seen that he could not eat his food. I threw a whole sandwich and cheese fries and half a sandwich away. The workers seen all of this and refused to give my money back. The workers should where gloves and hair nets on their hair and beards and they all had fairly long beards. Never again!!!

First time going to any Charley's. The bacon cheese fries were very good but needed more cheese. The real fruit lemonade isn't that good, dislike the seeds in it. Friendly employee though.

I walk past this place and looked inside and an employee that was mopping said I seen you looking at me how about you come and get some of this cheesesteak. It just hit me that he was either talking to me or my 14 year old little girl.

Who in the world allows their employees to talk to customers like this?

Sandwiches made perfectly, hot and fresh. The bread was so soft today. Friendly staff who will talk to customers. Thanks to the crew for a great lunch for my wife and I today.
