Charleys Cheesesteaks

The guys working were nice but I literally got a teaspoon of steak on my sandwich. I’ll put it this way, when I got home and opened it I couldn’t even see any meat, just cheese and bread. My Cherry Coke also tasted like grass and smelled of cleaner. This food cost too much for this kind of quality 😭

Carlos took our order and made our food and was awesome, he took time to come ti our table and chat. He was really nice

The food and staff are great especially Josh and Ty and Reggie whom serve us most of the time are so friendly,kind and serve with a smile.We look forward to seeing these friendly faces and the good food and service. Other are kind also.

This place is a joke. Food was ordered online, with specific ingredients to be removed or added, and ALL 3 of our subs were messed up. And on 2 of the subs, the extra toppings were only put on 1 half of the sub, the other side only had the meat and cheese. And how do you order 3 drinks with no ice, and all 3 end up fully loaded with ice. And these are the people who want $20/hour, but can't make people's orders correctly.

We live 2 minutes from the Mall and have never bought anything from Charley’s until today. We have been missing out ! I purchased the original Philly Cheesesteak and an order of the fries for my Husband and myself and the food was amazing !! Now when we want the best Cheesesteak sandwich around,I only need to go two minutes from our home to get it 😳 Yippie !!

Very rude asked for ketchup 3 times was ignored. Gave me a cup that no lids would fit why didn't they give me a cup that a lid would fit?Have been a long time patron but I won't go back I can get a sandwich at a lot of other places.

Whatever you do don't order from here. I grew up in this place and next door and the manager and employees now are not good nor kind. They will laugh at you and when u call to make sure the things you are ALLEEGIC to are not on ur sandwich bc u can't customize online they will not make sure ur food is correct. I asked if my name could be put down bc I have no car this food got picked up and I got hung up while crying and trying to explain this was all I had and I just needed soemthing bc I am too weak to walk to the store and I can't take my medicine u til I eat.

Ordered the chicken teriyaki had hardly any meat no teriyaki sauce and two skimpy tomato slices, then on classic cheese steak barley enough meat to reach the side of the bread, maybe a tablespoon of cheese on the whole regular size sandwich! Definitely not what was advertised and most definitely will not be returning to this location again!!!!
