This place is a joke. Food was ordered online, with specific ingredients to be removed or added, and ALL 3 of our subs were messed up. And on 2 of the subs, the extra toppings were only put on 1 half of the sub, the other side only had the meat and cheese. And how do you order 3 drinks with no ice, and all 3 end up fully loaded with ice. And these are the people who want $20/hour, but can't make people's orders correctly.

We live 2 minutes from the Mall and have never bought anything from Charley’s until today. We have been missing out ! I purchased the original Philly Cheesesteak and an order of the fries for my Husband and myself and the food was amazing !! Now when we want the best Cheesesteak sandwich around,I only need to go two minutes from our home to get it 😳 Yippie !!

Very rude asked for ketchup 3 times was ignored. Gave me a cup that no lids would fit why didn't they give me a cup that a lid would fit?Have been a long time patron but I won't go back I can get a sandwich at a lot of other places.

Whatever you do don't order from here. I grew up in this place and next door and the manager and employees now are not good nor kind. They will laugh at you and when u call to make sure the things you are ALLEEGIC to are not on ur sandwich bc u can't customize online they will not make sure ur food is correct. I asked if my name could be put down bc I have no car this food got picked up and I got hung up while crying and trying to explain this was all I had and I just needed soemthing bc I am too weak to walk to the store and I can't take my medicine u til I eat.

Ordered the chicken teriyaki had hardly any meat no teriyaki sauce and two skimpy tomato slices, then on classic cheese steak barley enough meat to reach the side of the bread, maybe a tablespoon of cheese on the whole regular size sandwich! Definitely not what was advertised and most definitely will not be returning to this location again!!!!

Reggie is an amazing person! I witnessed some true compassion.

I mean the customer service was great but all these folks saying it's the best Philly they ve ever had definitely hasn't had a GREAT Philly cheese Steak! Not bad but definitely mediocre.

It was my first visit to a Charley’s Cheesesteak and it did not disappoint. Food was great, clean environment, and the staff were very friendly. My family and I will definitely be back.

Ordered sub, boneless wings, and fries online. When I arrived to pick up my order I was informed they were out of boneless wings until the truck arrived. They were unable to refund my credit card for the wings I paid for. I received a free small sub card in compensation for the wings. The online ordering should reflect the menu items that are unavailable so that I don't pay for something I can't get.

Staffs super nice! Definitely recommend the strawberry lemonade but the food maddddd salty!!
