Tried this in the Fort Henry Mall in Kingsport TN on New Years Eve with a friend and we were both let down. Very skimpy cheese steak that wasn't very good. What little cheese there was all on one side. Most of the meat was on one side of the sandwich and when moved over to the other side it still looked skimpy. Maybe one piece of mushroom, very little "steak" and skimpy on the onions and peppers too. Could have gotten more for less at any other place. I wouldn't have bothered to post the review but for the price I think people should know that your sandwich isn't going to look remotely like what is pictured in their giant propaganda displays that are all over the mall. You can walk upstairs and get a lot better. Don't waste your money here.

Ok this is mall atmosphere so casual and tidy. Friendly service...but for me, the French fries were outstanding! Maybe even worth going to walk through mall to get them lolKid-friendliness: Easy for kids to like items and get their own drink choice...calm setting too.

Ty Phillips cooked our sandwich which was delicious. The lady (Gayla) that took our order was too so helpful. One of the best sandwiches (buffalo chicken) from Charley's ever!!! Thanks again Ty!!

I was assaulted by an employee while he was on the clock and high... He pulled a knife on me because I walked in the door.. how does the owners allow people to be treated like this... Felony assault... And nothing happens... I guess charleys will be compensating me for pain and stress cause this was a blatant disregard for human rights...

Pretty damn sad to fire a college student . You all have done nothing but berate and belittle him. Do you know he has epilepsy and autism? For your manager Tyrone to call him retarded multiple time's. I will be contacting corporate. Unexceptable behavior from a grown man! And he's a college freshman. Few others there will be delt with also.

The food and service is usually always good, it was especially good this afternoon. HOWEVER, something needs to be done about the soda machine. It taste gross, like it's dirty or something. The last time I was here I just thought the coke flavor was low, maybe I was getting more carbonation than coke or something, but no it just doesn't taste right.
