Pinch decision after (you can read the Popeye's post). 10/10 recommend Nuggets juicy, and not dry. Chicken Sandwich was as requested. Fries were perfectly crisp. Everything is hot, fresh, and pristine clean. Service is excellent and employees are engaging. Excellent food, service was on point and friendly. Don't skip this stop on your next outing.

First time ever to this store. I live in Knoxville and was visiting my sister in the hospital. Food was typical of Chick-fil-a and the service was typical as well, so no complaints from me.
Not sure what's going on with the food here at Chick-fil-A anymore. The chicken is not the same as it used to be and the french fries now have some funky coating on them they're not as good as the fresh cut ones. I'm afraid that Chick-fil-A is going the way of many other fast food places .... More concerned over profit than quality.
Just an FYI I would pay more money like most people would if you kept the quality up. But you're losing a loyal customer.

I live 1 hour from this location and I'm 9 months pregnant I was craving a grill chicken sandwich so I made my husband take me,we order 40 + dollars of food the only thing that was right was the chocolate milk shake i didn't realize until we get home!😡😡😡
