Ribs were overcooked. The corn was so overcooked that you couldn't even bite it off the cob. Our waitress was sweet, but not the greatest. Our drinks went dry on multiple occasions. We had to ask her for the check multiple times, and food was left off the order. We've been here multiple times and its been better, this time just wasn't the best expirence.

Don’t come here to drink and have fun. They will cut you off after having the 2 for 1 drinks. Service was great, except for the terrible server for cutting me off after two drinks. I had a steak and shrimp and two drinks and was cut off

Skimflation is ridiculous. The whole plate pic is what's left over. Chicken quesadilla literally only had 1 small half bite of chicken and a few pieces of bacon bit. The pics don't lie. Not worth it anymore.

We love Chilis and eat there somewhat often. This experience was horrendous. The server was not attentive, she got the order wrong, it took forever (the restaurant was not busy), and we had to ask for everything. Then when the check came, we were overcharged - for three burger meals, instead of the two we actually wanted. We’ll rethink whether we go to this one again. What a joke!! So awful.
Food was delicious but waitress never asked about refills on our drinks.

We didn't know KPT was without water when we set down!! Boil alert. They served us on paper plates, plastic utensils and this cool Margarita cup! We had been out of power, so very grateful for Chili's management & staff for their quick response to a crisis. Always good food. This was a green Halloween Margarita. Very nice!!

2 out of 14 plates were correct. They need to treat large parties as 4 tops because this facility is not able to send food out in large quantities.
