Ribs were overcooked. The corn was so overcooked that you couldn't even bite it off the cob. Our waitress was sweet, but not the greatest. Our drinks went dry on multiple occasions. We had to ask her for the check multiple times, and food was left off the order. We've been here multiple times and its been better, this time just wasn't the best expirence.

We didn't know KPT was without water when we set down!! Boil alert. They served us on paper plates, plastic utensils and this cool Margarita cup! We had been out of power, so very grateful for Chili's management & staff for their quick response to a crisis.

Chili's in Kingsport Tn never disappoints. Had the Margarita Chicken ans it was lovely. Very tender and the flavors were amazing. My Husband had the brisket quesadilla , it was so good. Brandon was our server and he was very attentive and kind. Highly recommend.
