They need to tone the heat on the Hot and Sour soup. Way too many hot pepper shakes. It taste great but I can't eat it. It is way to spicy hot. They would sell a lot more if they stop drowning it in crushed red peppers 🌶. My boyfriend eats spicy food but he said it was way too hot for him as well. Or can you at least make a version of it without all the spices? I ordered out it taste better to me.

This place absolutely rules. I can't brag enough on em. Every time we go out for Chinese buffets. It's like the food is either cold, old, dusty as hell. Not this place. We went last night for the first time. Everything was piping hot. Servers and even kitchen staff are out at the buffet every 2 mins stirring it up and keeping it fresh. Food was on point. Not worth $17 (buffet on Sunday 3:30 pm with water before tip). Server was on it. She kept my water filled the entire time. She also did a great job at keeping the dirty plates bussed. It's not horrible, but it wasn't great. Shrimp was a bit robbery. The chicken dishes that did not have sauce were kind of dry. The hot and sour soup had a good taste, but was watery and not thick like most places. Won't be back. I typically stick with China Wok indowntown Kingsport....
