I’ve been to this location numerous times over the past few years, and it seems like the only time they don’t get my order wrong is when I only order a milkshake. I would say on a honest scale that 70% of the time I get exactly what I ordered, the other 30% of the time either things are missing or things are wrong, for example if I order Cajun Fries, I’m really rolling the dice as to if the employee making my tray is going to actually put seasoning on the fries. I’m not sure what the issue is, it could be lazy employees, outdated or ineffective drive thru speakers/microphones, or anything in between I don’t know, but what I do know is that every time something like this happens it makes my desire to eat Cookout diminish more and more.

Had to wait forever and was told all my food was in there but it was not and had to wait forever.
I'm sorry... but we didn't like the burgers at all. There was something on the hamburger patty itself that looked like it was baked on grease that had been on the grill for a while & they just scraped it up with the burger and it was disgusting. I ate there a long time ago & I knew I didn't like it but I couldn't remember why. So I took the chance & got it again last night. I wished I would have kept my $25 for a big roast or something.

The people at this restaurant really needs to start listening to people. I go there and order a lot of food, and they never get it right. I’ve called corporate multiple times about it and their employees never seem to fix there problems. It is starting to get really old at this point.
When one orders a milkshake, they expect to be able to use a straw.....at least at some point in time. Not here! Without a spoon, screwed. Just good icecream in a cup. Other food? Fair. Cheese bites without cheese! Well, it was difficult to find.
I feel like I'm in a love hate relationship with this place. I love cookout in general but this one location is just so inconsistent.the food is good someday then it's terrible others. Like today was one of those awful days. Portions were very lackluster, quesadillas undercooked just straight cheese, etc. Idk maybe they need new management or something.

I am a cookout fan, but unfortunately the Kingsport location has let me down time and time again! The quesadillas were way over cooked and also cold, the nuggets were old and rubbery, and my wife couldn't even eat the corn dogs. So I may not be back for a good while
