Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food use to be soooooo good. What happened? The hashbrown casserole tastes nothing like it use to. We stopped getting chicken and dumplins because they taste horrible, tried meatloaf and it was awful. Service was great but you can't stand to eat the food. Completely disgusting.

The food was good. All of my food came out at once. The lady I was with got part of hers and had to wait for a few minutes for the rest. Our server was super nice

Food has lost a lot of its taste. The Mac and cheese was Mac soup no cheese in milk sauce, ran all over meat. Quality of food has gone down.

All the new spring items were great

Food was very good and exactly what we ordered. I ordered through the app and the app indicated the order would be ready an hour and a half later. The email I received to confirm the order indicated the order would be ready in about 30 minutes. I went to pick it up and arrived at the ready time. The app asked me to continue my order, so I called and told them I was there to pick up. It was over 10 minutes later before the order was brought to my vehicle.

Waited for over an hour for food and it was very cold

The food was served lukewarm and the grilled tenderloin had no seasoning, the carrots were not all the way cooked.
The checkout line was backed up due to only one cashier checking people out and she was trying to answer the phone do call ahead orders until another cashier finally came to help.
I usually eat at CB several times a month but this is starting to be a frequent occurrence and will start cutting back on eating here.

It's pretty much a safe choice...Cracker Barrel.
And I love them.
If only the to-go pps would read the requested items a little closer. I like sour cream with my steak fries and apparently sour cream does not go with steak fries. It's a tad much to have to order on-line AND call just to get a correct order.

We usually love this place but tonight it was terrible. Our waitress is not great and the food took forever just to suck. Rice was either so undercooked that it was hard as a rock or overcooked.

It's Cracker Barrel. The food is about the same at each one. It's not the best, but it is far from the worst.

The service wasn't as good as usual. Our waitress wasn't very friendly and seemed mad when we accidentally spilled a cup of water on the floor. The food was good, but it took a while to get it.

Theenu had changed and some of our favorites were removed from the menu. Chicken lovers and chicken salad. It took over 15 min to check out. Only 2 cashiers at 6pm on a Friday.
