Everyone was so friendly, nice and professional. The food was amazing. This Cracker Barrell is the best one I have been to! The price was very affordable for 5 of us to eat there. Keep up the good work.

The world has changed. I'm not quite sure how this will be received but, we ALL know one person is doing the job of/ in today's standard, 3. Because cost of living wages are behind by far and geographical were you eat, shop at is also a factor. / If you know then you know. That being said, the hiring personnel for these Co,s is doing a fantastic job across the state as almost EVERYONE that i eat at so a wonderful job at manners, respect, and food quality. That atmosphere is like going back in time in lighting and a cabin feel enabling me to relax on a different level. I can't wait for winter when the sound and look off a crackling fire will be present. Thank you Cracker Barrel & also to ALL STAFF & investors for making it relaxing and affordable & so a quality meal.
I also want to say for EVERYONE who's dose these jobs & ANY job where you deal with the public and are able to set aside your problems & give us your best,,, THANK YOU. It feels like $ well spent & we enjoy ourselves ALLOT MORE. THANKS TO all Involved.

Took forever...to receive service. Our bill was given to another table, it was $10 higher than their bill. The waitress indicated that we got a bargain by the other people paying for our meal, and us paying for their meal. Food was average.

We split a mommas pancake breakfast. Ordered scrambled eggs & crispy bacon. The eggs were overcooked (brown on outside) bacon was a few seconds away from burnt. So crispy it was hard to bite through. The pancakes that we were so looking forward to were actually undercooked and doughy in the middle. We split the meal so didn’t bother sending back but I would have if I were the only one eating it. Very disappointing experience. Will not be seeking a Cracker Barrel out for a good while.

Had not been to a Cracker Barrel in a long time and found they had consolidated their breakfast menu. I ordered scrambled egg whites and bacon (both cooked exactly the way ordered), and it was delicious. Good biscuits and a great waitress. The (picky) kids enjoyed their meals, too. Win, win!

The cracker barrel we visited today was definitely brighter with less antiques up. The food was nowhere near like it used to be it's not worth the prices that they went to. Very disappointed with all the recent changes. The food's been going downhill since 2020 after covid. I definitely will not be going back to cracker barrel anytime soon.

This is the 5th time in the last 6 months I have received cold food. I have discussed this with the manager 3 times and I get the same story each time (I will check the steam bath). I think someone should show him where the steam bath controls are. I feel sorry for the servers having to apologize for the cold food which they have no control of. I am told that I am not the only customer complaining about cold food. For the last year I have been eating at CB 3 to 4 times a week. Today (9/29/25 will be my last visit to CB. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR A RESTAURANT TO SERVE COLD FOOD AND EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THEY CAN'T EAT !!!.
