Bad store you place an order online for pick up leave zero tip and they go back and edit your tip for your food order. And when you call them they don’t tell you why they up charged you

My husband just ordered 2 subs, an Italian and a habanero chicken. Though the food here is good, my habanero chicken sub had NO habanero sauce. How do you forget to put habanero sauce on the chicken habanero sub. Very disappointed.

Called and asked the manager if they needed insiders and she said yes, definitely. She told me to fill the app out online and then she emailed me to ask if I could come talk to her the next day. I said absolutely. She emailed me back and said would I be interested in driving. I said no and she ghosted me. I didn’t ask about driving when I called. Why lie to someone and have them go through all that to fill out an app for no reason. Very unprofessional.

Pizza was supposed to have xrta pepperoni and light sauce. Got home and pizza was drenched in sauce and there was no cheese but a sheet of pepperoni on top to the point I couldn't eat it. Service was great they just went over board with the extra pep
Do not trust their on line ordering. you will end up paying much more , or getting less unless you are very careful. Attempted to order from 2 for 6.99 each, ended up with one pizza and dumb looks from employees.
