It's Easter Sunday so I get being busy. But one of your drivers quit. Management, do better. STOP taking delivery orders and just do pickup then. Our pizza wasn't hot. It took OVER an hour to have it delivered AND we weren't even notified that it would be delayed. Not good management at all they should be replaced with someone that can make better decisions.

Ordered a takeout in advance for 4 hrs ahead of time I arrived when it said my order was ready walked in there was nobody up front after 5 minutes someone walked in and didn't look me in the eye just walked away and yelled carryout? I said yes gave him my name and he told me it'd be another 30 minutes even tho it said it was done waited around well the guy disappeared for most of the time food was still good but service was awful and annoying

I came in this evening to pick up a order for me and my husband and the service was horrible. The lady working was very polite and took care of me. The gentleman working was horrible, he was slinging stuff, muffling rude comments and was be very disrespectful towards the woman working. It made me extremely uncomfortable to be in there because of his behavior. I tried to call me to ask for a managers number and the man rudely hung up on me. I have worked in the food industry for 15 years and I do not appreciate being hung up on and walking into a establishment feeling uncomfortable because of someone attitude, nasty looks, and bad behavior. I will be contacting Corporate. I will not be returning to this dominos no more.

We eat here quite often sometimes twice a week we ordered bites and they look like little wee wees if you get what I'm saying. I talked to the manager that was on shift and they said they ran out of dough they should have called and let me know so I can order something else because it's for tiny little wee wees I hated to complain the only thing she said was I'm sorry we ran out of dough there's nothing I can do I think they should have refunded my money

Second time I've ordered from this location ordered at 7:40 pm by 10p I've still not received my pizzas driver picked them up at 8:49pm. When I called the location to speak to someone about where my kids food was girl that answered was very rude she put me on hold 3 times and left me on hold so long it would ring back to her so then she got smart saying managers was busy then out me on hold again NOONE ecer answred! I will never order front here again and I will be calling to talk to a higher up in the am over the people they have working in there at night!

If you order it and pick it up yes it’s pretty good to me! But if you do delivery and it says 25 mins, it will be 2 hours at the least. I’ve tried it 4 times, and everytime it’s happened however they do offer the points for a free pizza it is still aggravating the food to be cold and 2 hours later. Hope no one else experiences this

This Domino's has greatly improved with the quality over the last year or so.
I ordered my food and waited a little over 2 1/2 hours for it and when I called the store and said/asked "I was calling to see if my order has left the store yet" and went to go tell her what time I had placed my order but was interrupted by the the woman who answered it and she got smart and rude with me and said "yes it's left the store, he will get there when he can" and then hug up on me... We got the pizza 47 minutes after I was told it had already left the store, I live 3 minutes from the Domino's... When it got here all the food was cold...

The pizza was good. The messed up my first pizza and had to re-make it. When I went in, I couldn't get an employee to help me. They ignored me. I waited about 15 minutes before someone would help. Then I had to wait for my pizza to be remade.

Yet again I waited almost 2 hrs, I'm ok with that because they tend to be short staffed. Not ok with my order being wrong...again, pretty much everytime! Food is cold because it hits quality check about 30 min before a driver ever picks it up. I should have credits on my account because that's all they ever offer you. But then they had to ask for my address again, because they didn't even know who I was. I feel for them being short handed, I can be patient...but if I wait 2 hrs and the food is wrong, everything else is closed and now we have to eat the wrong food, not what we paid for.
