Came in got the 5$ breakfast deal. The breakfast wraps didn't taste right so I returned them. Staff and manager were great, very helpful and very friendly. I think they must use some kind of non stick chemical on their ovens because I could taste it on all four wraps. Threw them all away practically inedible.

I usually just stick with the coffee with an occasional doughnut. I decided to try a breakfast sandwich instead of making two stops today. That will never happen again!!! It tasted like the way a school bathroom smells𤢠I've never had that experience in 47yrs. Thanks for being the 1st Dunkin!

I have been eating at Dunkin for 10 years. My kids have come to have regular donuts they eat every time we go. These were the saddest donuts I ever got. Where are the sprinkles? Every single donut in the case at this location was sparse with sprinkles. It felt like a massive disappointment compared to what I know they always look like!

Donuts were fresh coffee was hot and will keep us awake for awhile service is severely lacking. Did not charge us for 2 cups only 1 and made us wait until they waited on the drive thru to serve our coffee after it was paid for was not sure what happened there. We are not from around here so probably won't stop again and most likely won't stop at any others. If you want attentive service here go to the drive through otherwise they take your money and ignore you until they are done elsewhere.
My child goes to high school really close to this store. So we make probably 2-3 stops a week here. Not anymore. We ordered 4 drinks- 2 of which were just sweet teas, avocado toast and a doughnut. We get to the window to pay and get our items and the girl working the window was very nice. However the manager was not! She told the cashier âwe didnât have a big line until this car!â LIKE I CANT HEAR HER! It wasnât like we had 10 complicated drinks. Then my daughterâs pumpkin spice latte was disgusting. Tasted bitter and watered down. So she took it inside and asked for them to remake it. AGAIN, the manager who made the comment at the window, looks at her and scoffs and says âwhat did you say is wrong with it? Because nothing is!â My daughter who is usually timid told her it was nasty! This is unacceptable behavior. To work in the food service industry and be a manager also! We wonât be back and Iâm talking to corporate also.

Iced coffee was good. Food, which was a SEC croissant, has odd non-stick chemical taste. I suspect it is from the high-speed ovens used to heat the food. Will stick with coffee and donuts going forward. had a five dollar coupon to get medium iced coffee and breakfast sandwich.
Waited around for 20 mins for 2 donuts after I ordered. Forgot half my order made my drink 2x with out Carmel. đđ
Make sure your lid is on your coffee! Lost a whole cup of coffee in our car. So glad it wasn't a large! Wake up wraps were perfect.
