Coffee has been NASTY 9 out of 10. Grossest ever!!! Very sick of asking you to fix it and it still being gross and a HUGE waste of money!!! Say good bye to someone that was always teased for my love of dunkin and how many items that I have purchased with your name on it. Thanks for killing my wallet, heart and taste buds!!!!

I went thru the drive-thru and ordered my usual Frozen coffee with vanilla bean w/ whipped cream. This Duncan location used to be the best. Not anymore. They finally got it right well the frozen part. While it has so much syrup in it I can't drink it. Also took a long time. But wouldn't have took so long if they would do their job and stop hollering, laughing and talking. Nothing wrong with doing that at work. However it is wrong to do ALL that while making a customer wait. Management needs to make sure this doesn't happen. It's not the first time. I can choose to go to Starbucks.which is right beside where I live but I CHOSE to go to Duncan. If I wasn't going to be late for work having to wait so long I definitely would have took it back. Looks like Starbucks it is from now on.

Dunkin on East Stone Drive is a joke! They all have the personality of a rock. They messed up my drink on a few occasions and acted like it was my fault and didn't even offer to fix it. And it took 15 minutes just to get a sweet tea without ice everytime I went in. This place SUCKS!

I had them remake my coffee because of how old and bitter it tasted, when I told them they acted like I was lying and remade it against their will. They remade it and it still tasted old, but I didn’t comment and just left knowing there was no point I get home after trying to Drink it because of the price just to look in and see a bug.Absolutely disgusting and took pictures of what looks like a nat.

This place really lacks consistency. I used to frequent Dunkin in Florida and wondered why they were scarce up here, but if all of them have a consistency issue like this one does I understand. One day it's super strong, Another day it's bitter.... When I order something with extra cream and extra sugar and that still doesn't offset how strong the coffee is that's a problem. Everybody needs to brew coffee the same way.

The general manager was very rude in the way she spoke to customers normally I wouldn't mind and move on but she honestly ruined my day with her attitude she needs to be fired asap if they plan on getting any good reviews from here on out

I didn't really like anything that I got and it was too expensive to eat there got to bacon egg and cheese croissants to drinks one was a shake or a coffee and the other was a heartbreak coffee 12 pack of donuts and that was $30 and something $35 ridiculous and their food sucks
