Update: Time to call corporate. When is management going to get this place in order? Flies are all over the donuts. No coffee made. The machines behind the counter are dirty. They had cold coffee in pitchers sitting all over the counter by the register. Staff are extremely unfriendly. This place has gone downhill badly. I would NEVER order food here because of the uncleanliness.

I've been going to this Duncan for several years they've messed up my order numerous times I've had to get it replaced I've had people be rude to me snatch stuff out of the window so today I go through there and order a meal and they turn around after I give him my money and tell me oh I don't have change for $100 bill and asked me if I had anything smaller I said no they said sorry and shut the window if I could give a no-star review I would

Placed a mobile order at 12:54pm for a drive-thru pick up. It took us 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Once at the window, we waited an additional 5 minutes. There were a minimum of 5 employees working. When my first drink was handed out the window and placed in the cup holder, it began leaking heavily because there was a crack in the cup. As my husband waited for his drink and our food, I went inside with the cracked cup. Instead of remaking my drink, it was poured into another cup and topped with 1/3 cold foam to make up for the difference in the actual drink missing. When I returned to the car, my husband got his bagel out of the bag. Since I had ordered a grilled cheese and a cinnamon raisin bagel, I guess they also decided to mix the two and put cheese on his cinnamon raisin bagel and toasted it. Imagine how gross that combination is. Would not recommend this Dunkin’ after our experience today.

Terribly slow service. If you decide to go through the drive thru, go in with the expectations of each car taking AT LEAST 5 minutes. I recently placed a mobile order with drive thru pickup and it took me about 30 minutes to receive my order. From what I could see from the drive thru window, there was about 6 employees working so I cannot comprehend the long wait time. I should also mention that this is not the first time I've had this issue. I am not a frequent visitor to this specific Dunkin, but throughout the past year this has been a consistent issue.
