I usually like this Dunkin a lot, but I'm really disappointed that the bacon avocado toast is exactly the same as the normal avocado toast. Why such an upcharge if you'd never know the difference?

Also wish the drinks were more consistent. Some days they taste really good, and some days they go straight into the trash after 1 sip.

However, overall most of my visits are happy. At least they never mess up the donuts 😂

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I came in with a promotion for 14 free drinks and had my phone scanned for the offer. The staff handed me my drink, and I was about to pay when they told me the promotion wasn’t working. Shockingly, they took the drink back from me after I already had it in my hand! This was not only frustrating but also felt very unprofessional. I hope management can address this issue so customers aren’t treated this way in the future.

Usually Duncan did okay in serviceability. Guess their managers don't give a crap anymore.

Time is 0455 What an absolute joke, the guy and young female that works there in the morning turned us down because we drove a truck.
We are truckers we can't go under the awning.
They were serving other people but yet apparently they can't serve truckers. Lol

The rude look and forceful turn away was cute as well. We definitely won't go back here I guess we'll be doing Hardee's from now on or scooters.

I would honestly rate this a lot higher but what I don't like is that they have a video camera on the drive-thru sticking it in your face and I hate that other than that the food is decent and I would rate it higher if they take that invasive camera away
