I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I came in with a promotion for 14 free drinks and had my phone scanned for the offer. The staff handed me my drink, and I was about to pay when they told me the promotion wasn’t working. Shockingly, they took the drink back from me after I already had it in my hand! This was not only frustrating but also felt very unprofessional. I hope management can address this issue so customers aren’t treated this way in the future.

Time is 0455 What an absolute joke, the guy and young female that works there in the morning turned us down because we drove a truck. We are truckers we can't go under the awning. They were serving other people but yet apparently they can't serve truckers. Lol
The rude look and forceful turn away was cute as well. We definitely won't go back here I guess we'll be doing Hardee's from now on or scooters.

I would honestly rate this a lot higher but what I don't like is that they have a video camera on the drive-thru sticking it in your face and I hate that other than that the food is decent and I would rate it higher if they take that invasive camera away

I didn't go to Dunkin, I went to Food City on the hill past Dunkin.
I ordered the Dunkin latte and was told they had discontinued that. Ordered the almond spice iced coffee was asked if I wanted coffee and I was like yeah the almond spiced coffee iced. Ordered the loaded hash browns and after waiting 8 minutes at the window, asked to pull up and they'd bring them out I was now running late waiting for the hash browns ended up having to drive off and hope I made it to work on time. I would never go to this location and if you do expect to wait for atleast 15 to 29 minutes for your order.

The food if fine, the coffee is great, the service is absolutely aweful. I've stopped going to Dunkin in the morning. If you go through the drive through, you have a good chance of being greeted with a "what do you want", then the interaction just gets progressively worse from there.
