East Coast Wings + Grill

We've had our Boy's Volleyball team banquet here the last two years. The patio area here is a perfect spot for this. The food and service have been great both times. I'd say we'll be heading here again after next season. Can't wait!

A group of us had dinner recently and had a great experience at East Coast Wings. The food was good and the staff made us feel very welcome.

My bf and I ordered a burger and fries and BUFFALO chicken tenders with fries, waited almost an hour for our food then the server brought out food for another table to us, waited about another 20 min for our food and it was room temperature, my burger was supposed to have some sort of aioli on it and it was dry as well as jalapeños and there was a piece of jalapeno with the stem on it. It was literally 2 patties, cheese, and bread. The buffalo chicken tenders had no buffalo sauce, just fried chicken sitting in grease on the plate. I went and got the server because she wouldn’t come back to our table and she wanted to argue with me about the buffalo sauce on the tenders, saying she “saw the sauce on the plate”. No honey boo boo, that’s fried chicken sitting in grease. We had to track the server down and ask for refills. The manager finally came out and said “ok it’s on me.” And my bf and I walked out.

Every flavor we have had is great. Cajun Ranch is by far our family favorite.

This place never disappoints.

Food was okay. Several dirty tables around and were not cleaned. Men's and ladies room had no soap. Wife saw several female employees using the rest room and not washing their hands. Service was poor. After we got our food, we never saw the server again. Took forever to get our bill. Had to stand at register and wait for the server so I could get our check. The place is not what it use to be.

Only leaving 1 star because i would love to eat here but sadly I am HIGHLY allergic to shrimp. We called and was told the chicken and shrimp are prepared in the same fryer which was appauling to me honestly. I would only expect that in fast food. Would love if this place and more in Kingsport was allergy friendly.

My wife stopped by on our way home to and the Food was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and our server Peyton was fast, reliable, and very polite! So many amazing dipping sauces and the fiesta quesadilla was the best quesadilla I have had in my life!!! Next time we are in the area we will definitely be back! Thank you for awesome food and a great experience!!

Good burgers. The fries are fantastic. Wings are better than they used to be. Not a bad place.

Good place for take out. The food is great. I couldn't tell you about the wings, I don't eat em. They have a great Philly cheese steak.

The tables are so sticky, and it doesn't seem like whatever they are cleaning the tables with is helping. Maybe the finish on the table doesn't agree with what they are using. Either way the tables feel nasty. But the food is delicious and the servers are great.

This is out favorite bar in town, my wife and I come here often. At least once a week. The good and drinks are amazing. Wonderful place and wonderful people running it.

Eat there a couple of times a month at the bar. The lady running the bar was better at running her mouth. Bar was pretty empty, after a few minutes asked what I wanted to drink. After about 5 minutes asked if I wanted a menu, I said yes. She went on chatting with other customers, cleaned a few tables, even put up a couple of menus, then went on break. Still no menu. Finished my beer asked for my tab. Usually I tip over 20 percent, but for the first time ever, I left no tip. I won't be back!
