Restaurant was nearly empty and actually looked closed from outside. Food was meh. The fried rice was sweet, clumpy, and had no veggies in it. I had the pineapple chicken, and it was OK, not something I would order again. The rest of the people in my party said the same about theirs. Service was great. The staff were all friendly and cheerful. Refills were prompt and correct.

This is a true hidden gem in Kingsport. Some of the best sushi I have ever had. The Fried Oishii Roll is my absolute favorite. We will be back again, again, and again!

For was excellent and we were sorry we waited so long before coming for dinner. Very pleased with the authentic style of the sushi and quality of the offerings. Will shinier revisit.

First time ever there. But it was clean n beautifully decorated. Waitress took the time to help me choose what I wanted. Didn't take long to make. N I think it is really cool that it is located where it is. I probably will go again when I have guests by or family visitingParking: Seems fine. Plenty of parking in front n aroundWheelchair accessibility: A wide entrance n dining areas are able to accommodate. I assume restroom access would be the same. But if u are going out to eat n have any special needs. I would call ahead n I have no doubt they will be helpful in trying to meet them.

The food is good, but the on line menu needs to be updated. The two dinners I orders states it comes with soup and salad. I was disappointed when picking up. I was informed they no longer do salads with dinners

Great place to eat! We got the firecracker shrimp and it was awesome crunchy and fresh, perfect amount for an appetizer. I got the pineapple chicken for my dinner and it was tempura fried and then tossed in a sauce and usually when I get something like this at other places it’s soggy by the time it comes out, but this chicken was crunchy and the chicken wasn’t hard, it was hot and so good. I didn’t care for the rice but I’m not a rice eater, I was full when I left and had leftovers to take home with me. Will deffinetly be back!

That crunchy roll is my favorite! Could use some tunes on the radio. I feel like they typically do but it was really quiet the other day.

I ordered the bento box with extra shrimp and it was awful. The rice was crunchy, the broccoli was burned, and the shrimp was over cooked. I ordered double meat for an extra $4 and some change. Extra meat apparently is 8 shrimp and the normal serving is 6. So for almost $5 you get 2 extra rubbery over cooked shrimp. The sushi was mediocre at best. Very bland. My wife ordered 2 meat teriyaki plate and the online menu said it came with soup and a salad so she was surprised to find it did not. We called and they informed us that the online menu doesn't match the store menu. The veggies were mostly onions that were both undercooked and over cooked with 2 small pieces of zucchini and 2 undercooked broccoli florets. Absolutely not worth the $17 she paid for it. Her rice was also very undercooked and plain. We are left feeling very disappointed and ripped off. Worst sushi restaurant in Kingsport.
I could eat here every meal and every day of the week. Everything is always cooked to perfection. Great food for pretty decent prices. My favorite go to order is a side of gyoza 8pc, an order of beef noodles and one thing of California rolls. If you’re feeling adventurous their eel roll is to die for!

I definitely liked the place. Staff was friendly, had a nice ambiance, the food was.... mixed feelings. The teriyaki bowl was amazing, sushi was just ok, nothing special, the miso soup was way too salty

I had the Mandalay roll, the fire cracker roll, and the spicy tuna roll. By far the fire cracker roll was my top favourite followed by the Mandalay roll and the spicy tuna. All perfectly prepared and I would order again. Prompt service extremely polite a wonderful establishment.

Hidden gem of a place! Great food, friendly staff, and it's never been too crowded any time we've been there.

I'm always so satisfied with my food here! My 10 year old daughter loves to come here too. We were so excited to hear they reopened their dining room again! Best sushi I've ever had ?Kid-friendliness: They have good options for kids on their kids menu! Including chicken nuggets if they're not a fan of rice or noodles, and french fries as a side.
