My family and myself were there Wednesday sitting and talking while eating and one of the workers told another one that they were tired of us homesteading. They’re always too busy closing off sections and cleaning up wanting rid of the customers and of course they never come around like they used to giving you bread. Don’t worry Kingsport, we will not be back “homesteading “!

We had the baked tortellini and meatball sub. We haven't been to Fazolis since we left Wichita and it was slightly less good than we remembered from a year ago but it's fast food pasta. The counter lady was very nice and the food was relatively quick. The tables weren't clean and it took several minutes to get a togo box because the staff were young and laughing having a good time, which is really nice to see, but a couple things come first. Edit: went back. Probably won't happen again. Couldn't figure out how to not leave a tip, cashier wouldn't help but she was quick to tell me what button to push for "OK" when I clicked "max tip" accidentally. She said "Thanks SOO much".

These employees are always so friendly and helpful. Many times the job can wear people thin, but they never show that side. The food is standard and consistent which is a good thing. And the facility is kept clean.

We drive 45 mins just to eat here. We thought we was getting one on exit 5 in Virginia but no new yet. Give me all the bread sticks possible and a gallon of the Italian dressing please jkjk. So yummy everytime
