As a fast food chain, every Fazoli's will have a margin of acceptable quality; every visit should be predictable, but some will definitely be better than others. At this location, trying their recently (within the last 6 months) redesigned menu, they knocked it out of the park. Our cashier made an awesome recommendation when my normal choice hadn't made it through the revamp, and everything our party ordered was really good.

Honestly, this is gross. Took one bite and realized my chicken parm was not done...the breading is super soggy and falling off the chicken...it's just bad,idk what else to say.

I got a small tin of spaghetti with three meatballs, one bread stick and a medium tea, cost $14.76. When food was delivered there was one bread stick. Server said I would get more when the made more. Never offered or received any more. The counter and kitchen was very noisy with loud talking and raucous behavior. Very annoying in the dining area, it was that loud. Same girl that was delivering food was sweeping, rolling up rugs and carrying them out of dining room. Did not seem very clean. The sweet tea was good
