I LOVE Five Guys and won't get a hamburger anywhere else but it was disappointing today. The meat was bland and completely unseasoned. It is almost impossible to pull it apart and season it. I started watching the girl who was cooking and never seen her season anything. Too expensive for bland. Hoping they get this corrected.

When you want the best fries, truly home made burgers not processed with whatever they put in them nowadays, and amazing service this is the best place to go. I can't deny how amazing the manager and staff always are. And if anything is ever wrong they don't only fix it but they help you remember a time when true customer service existed and customers felt like family. Especially regulars. Always a recommend. Especially to dine in with family.And an extra shoutout to the manager Ben for going above and beyond and the icing on the cake of this review. You have great staff and now I see why!

The workers were very nice. The food was amazing and the frys were to die for lol. Atleast that's what my wife says. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great They make sure you have a great experience when they also have peanuts that you can get as many as you like. They also have great shakes. The food is greasy and that's what makes it very good.

The food was great but they are really expensive. 2 burgers and a regular fry (we shared) to go for my girlfriend and myself was 35 bucks. Granted the reguar fry would have been enough for 4 people but we didn't even get drinks since we already had one with us.

2 days before New Years of 2023, me and my best friend paid a visit to this Five Guys. We order food for us, and my friends family. The very next day, me and my friend are crippled with food poisoning. We were both throwing up so much, my friend's wife decided to head to Maryville with their Son for their own health. I'm pretty sure it was the Burgers than did us in. We spent New Years Eve right into New Years hunched over a toilet and trash can throwing up. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. The health department needs to step in and evaluate this place post haste before someone else gets sick. I confronted them after I recovered the day after New Year's DEMANDING a refund for this and they wouldn't give it to me.

Great food, but I wish there was an easy way to make sure my online order was ready before I arrive. As someone who usually comes on my lunch break, my time is very limited. The only way to try to do this is to trick the system and mark I'm Here while im driving at least a few miles before I get to the store.
