Fox pizza in Kingsport is awesome. They had a busy evening tonight and delivered the incorrect pizza to me. I called them and they brought a fresh correct pizza to me, and offered me 50% back on what I paid. This is the best pizza place around. This use to be my favorite pizza place but it has went down hill fast. I ordered a pizza yesterday and it was for pick up. The smell of the store was a mix between dirty mop water and a dirty basement. I was hoping my order didn't go through bc I did not want to pay for or eat the pizza. The pizza looked really good but I couldn't bring myself to eat it. I'm not sure if the store needs to air out or what but something needs to happen. I normally wouldn't give a negative review but the smell has been there for at least 6 months.
Im in town for a business trip staying at a hotel and i ordered delivery twice now from foxs and both times the food was delicious and fresh and both times the delivery drivers where really kind! Next time I'm in town this will definitely be the place i call! 👍 p.s those drivers deserve a raise for their excellent customer service

I ordered $65 in food because I only had 100s on me the delivery guy after giving a $5 tip didn't have $30 for change looked at me like I was crazy! If your delivering food bring change you have two responsibilities job bring food get money!
