Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My sister and I went through freddys drive through the workers made fun of the amount of food we ordered. There was 7 people other than us. That's discrimination on weight. Its no one's business what we order or for how many people... felt hurt very un comfortable after that. That was my first and last time there was more issues than that. This is the main one. Sorry but i dont recommend, due to it feeling like a bully spot and food was highly messed up

I used uber paid 50.00 for a bacon Swiss cheese burger large tot and extra reeves milkshake I ended up with two patties wrapped in lettuce stuffed in a cup no bacon no cheese no bun I ended up with a small tot and NO milkshake I work hard for my money and dint spend 50.00 on just any food thrown in a bag. I waited an hour n paid 50$ for 2 pieces of meat wrapped in lettuce in a cup and a small tot thats insaane I dont trust this service anymore 😑

I’ve got so many things I want to say I hope I don’t run out of characters.
Let me start by saying that because of dietary issues, the only thing in your restaurant my wife can have is the frozen custard. We don’t get anything but that, and since it’s one of your signature items, it should be available anytime you’re open.
Over the last week, on two occasions I went to your drive thru to get vanilla custard and after waiting in an unescapable line we’re told you are out of vanilla. But you always have chocolate, which doesn’t work for us. Vanilla is OBVIOUSLY way more popular, so why don’t you make more vanilla than chocolate???
For tonight’s experience, we called your store before we got in the drive thru line to make sure you had the vanilla we wanted. We were told vanilla was available, so we waited in the long drive thru line only to get to the speaker and be told you were out again! There is no way to exit your drive thru if you don’t have what we wanted, but there was only one car behind me and I was able to get out before I got stuck in there for no reason.
When you run out of something, knowing there is no exiting the drive thru line, why don’t you put a sign out there where the line starts so we don’t waste our time and get trapped? We usually don’t have a problem at your restaurant until the last couple of visits. Please do something to fix this!
