This restaurant has a beautiful location. The service is top notch and the food freshly prepared and excellent. I've been here several times and it's always consistent. On Sundays they have a brunch buffet with breakfast and lunch offerings. The menu has a variety of chef prepared entrees.

I ordered a taco salad with beef. The beef looked like dog food. I found out it was beef cooked with smashed beans. It resembled dog food out of the can. This is NOT the way to make a taco salad. It did not taste good but maybe I couldn't get pass the resemblance of alpo.
I won't be ordering that again or maybe not ordering anything. I was disappointed as I was told this place was good. It was my first time there. Please get a new recipe for making taco...

Fusion @ Ridgefields not only infuses flavor into their unique & traditional delicious dishes but they also fuse together the Kingsport community with their innovative thinking, small business classes, outreach programs, and leadership roles. They have a great staff with a wonderful Sunday brunch & tempting cocktails. Perfect ambience for date night. Singo on Tuesdays is a blast, as well.
