“Earlier today there was an accident which involved the car running through the flower bed and ended up hitting my wife's vehicle. The owner of this Pals came out to check on everyone, offered free drinks, and even took the elderly man who was involved in the accident to pick up his medication he was on the way to get and then took him home. He is an amazing person who went above and beyond for a stranger in need. The world needs more people like him.“

“I recently bought a new location in Kingsport and I’m so tired of fast food! I fount this place and have been going for several weeks now about once a week. The food is absolutely delicious I’ve only had the hot dogs and chickens sandwich and fries and beans but can vouch every time the food is hot and fresh!
