The food was good but extremely slow and insanely hot in there the waitress said they have all been working in there without A/C for the past 7 weeks, the poor cooks need a break. I definitely feel for the workers there and my 9 month old pretty much cried the whole time sweating, they could at least get some better fans in there for some air circulation!

The guy waiting on us was great, and the hostess was very polite and apologetic. THERE WAS NO AC ON AN 85° DAY!!!! The food and service were great but the heat was a little rough

We have eaten here regularly, but lately they don't seem to want to run the AC. Stopped tonight but turned around and left. It was actually hotter inside than outside at 8:30 p.m.

Me and my fiancé come here all the time. Usually in the middle of the night and the food is great and service is awesome. This morning at 6am we decided we wanted some ihop. So we ordered off of DoorDash. Got here super quick. The food was DISGUSTING. There was egg shells in my crepes. My fiancés hash browns were RAW so were mine along with our sausage. There was a centimeter puddle of grease in my container and everything was soggy. Honestly we are never eating there again. I don’t know who is working that kitchen at 6am but they need to be fired. Nobody should have to eat food that bad. And when we tried to call to complain we got the busy signal for an HOUR. Do better.

absolutely terrible people in this store. walked in once night at 9pm and was never greeted or spoken to, nor sat. stood there for 10 minutes waiting. placed a doordash tonight and half my food didn’t come. nobody that works their has brains at all. obnoxious

Walked in was greeted sat quickly. But then the guy told me the air didn't work, I replied with that doesn't bug me at all. We'll it didn't till I sat there for 10 minutes with out a drink and my child asking me where her drink was. Well I look to my left and the waiter (which didn't even mention his name) is sitting down at a booth on his phone. Then proceeds to walk out the door and say I'll be with yall in a few. I gave it a few then got up and left because my daughter was hungry and thirsty. I love going to IHOP but this was honestly my worse vist.

The food was great, but it was extremely hot in there today. Very little to no air conditioning. Sweating trying to eat brunch at 1230 today. When we asked about it, we were told it is broken. Please consider fixing the issue. When we normally go on a Sunday brunch, it is standing room only, today the parking lot was almost empty. We won't be going back until the issue is resolved as you can't enjoy your meal while sweating indoors. The temp outside was cooler than the restaurant. We couldn't finish our food because it was so uncomfortable.

An extra $10 was added to the tip on our bill after we left the restaurant, without our consent. Called the store over 10 times and no one will answer. Reported it to corporate.

UPDATE: Someone from IHop contacted my husband and offered a gift card. Said person admitted they knew this was a problem with the employee because he had done it to another persons ticket within the past month. To date, no gift card has been received, we are still out the money STOLEN from us, and this is completely unresolved.

Our waitress did a good job but our food was just mediocre. Hashbrowns were not at all done. I had the scramble and it was crunchy. Cooked way too long. Was not an enjoyable breakfast.

Eat here if you want to writhing in pain and vomiting non-stop for 4 days like I just did. Worst food poisoning I’ve ever had.

UPDATE: I was reached out to by ihop corporate probably so they can try to get me to take down my negative review. They said the owners would contact me within 4 business days and it’s been over a week and they have not made any contact with me or offered me an apology for serving me unclean or uncooked food.

So you can see that this comment got replied to but it’s theatre to pretend to care about their customers ultimately they did absolutely nothing for me. Even after I tried to reach out to corporate again with my case number I got no reply which is fine but I’m going to let everyone know exactly what happened.

Basically if you get sick eating their food like I did they do not care so please don’t spend your hard earned money here and get sick like I did.
