I like my subs. If you're a sandwich lover like me then you know what I mean LOL. You will not find a better Sub in town. And the people that work there are awesome I should know. I go like twice a week. Their bread is good they slice the meat right in front of you. They have a great selection.

I don't like doing this. If a change is made, I'll change this rating. Because I really do like the food. Jersey Mike's has really good bread. Which is the most important part of the sandwich. I get a BLT on white atleast once a week. Too many time, when I ask if they'll butterfly the bread, which means not cut through the bread, I get some attitude or a look. When I ask for no black burnt bacon, I get an attitude. Either I'm told, "The owner wouldn't allow the bread, because it's not Jersey Mike's Specs. Or "All the bacon has black on it", which is just a garbage response. And the kicker is I've always left a nice tip. If you're not willing to make a tiny change for a customers satisfaction, don't ask for a tip. And if they're paying above required payment with a tip, go above with your service.

Food is amazing! But the crew is even better!! The entire crew is great when cleaning all the surfaces for my rare lettuce allergy. We can’t get a sandwich anywhere else with out a trip to Urgent Care. They never make me feel bad for having such a special request.

I wasn't always a huge sub sandwich fan but recently tried this and I'm converted. I gave 4 stars on service because the volume of meat varies greatly depending on the location visited and who's making the sandwich.
Jersey Mike's is always good, expensive but worth it,one of my favorites and a regular for my food when I don't cook......

I used the app to pick up my order inside. I ordered a chicken Philly in a wrap. It's was only chicken, cheese, and mushrooms. (Mushrooms don't come with the chicken Philly) No peppers or onions. I had the same thing the other day through pickup and they did perfect. I even tipped them extra today and got the wrong thing. :(( I didn't realize until I got home.

Placed an online order, double check to make sure it’s right and submit. I’m not sure why the staff doesn’t understand how the sandwiches are made there. And when you order online you can make customized choices. And it still gets made wrong. Unfortunately, we were already home with the food before seeing it was wrong.
