Stopped by here this evening 5/30/25 around 6:30pm and got a couple of subs for myself and my husband. The guy who initially took my order was very nice and enthusiastic but the girl who put the toppings on my subs and rang up my order was extremely rude and short with me, and looked at me like I’m dumb just because I wanted to confirm if the club subs got bacon, I didn’t realize that the bacon was at the very end next to the sandwich toppings. I don’t come here often but it seems like I’ve had this issue almost every time I’ve come to this location.

This is the absolute best place to get a gluten free sub! It's also rare to have that around here. Besides Dominos with a gluten free pizza, your choices are limited. I recommend going to see them today. Food is delicious here. I chose to get oil & vinegar with my veggie sub. The spices add an extra hint of flavor. It stays busy so that's a downside. You'll have to wait a while sometimes. However, if you have allergies, it's worth it. Staff are friendly.

I cannot share my gratitude enough about this place and its employees. Everyone is so kind, outgoing, and supportive. I have celiac disease (severe gluten allergy) and everytime I show up, somebody is there to make my food from scratch, clean up, change gloves, wipe down counters, etc. This place is by far the best place to go if you have a gluten allergy/intolerance. Thank you to all the staff of this vicinity who look out for me and care about their customers!

Every time I ask for a steak sub without onions or green peppers this jersey Mike seems to have a problem with making it correct and I don’t live close to it so by the time I get home and look at it I can’t turn around and take it back so now I’m stuck with a sub I don’t wanna eat. This is the second time and it’s a lot of money to not want to eat it.

This was the worst Jersey Mike’s sandwich I have ever had. We ordered the giant club and added grilled mushrooms and asked for the entire sandwich to be hot including the bread. They left the bacon off of the sandwich completely and made the sandwich in the back to heat it and then it sat in the window forever and then was transferred to where the toppings were and sat for another 5 minutes. So of course the sandwich was completely cold. We had to bring it home and heat it in the microwave which made the bread like rubber. We normally go to another store and the sandwhich is made completely different and it stays hot until we get it home. They make and dress the entire sandwich where the grill is and then wrap it and put it in the bag immediately. We will not be retuning to this store.

I like my subs. If you're a sandwich lover like me then you know what I mean LOL. You will not find a better Sub in town. And the people that work there are awesome I should know. I go like twice a week. Their bread is good they slice the meat right in front of you. They have a great selection.

I don't like doing this. If a change is made, I'll change this rating. Because I really do like the food. Jersey Mike's has really good bread. Which is the most important part of the sandwich. I get a BLT on white atleast once a week. Too many time, when I ask if they'll butterfly the bread, which means not cut through the bread, I get some attitude or a look. When I ask for no black burnt bacon, I get an attitude. Either I'm told, "The owner wouldn't allow the bread, because it's not Jersey Mike's Specs. Or "All the bacon has black on it", which is just a garbage response. And the kicker is I've always left a nice tip. If you're not willing to make a tiny change for a customers satisfaction, don't ask for a tip. And if they're paying above required payment with a tip, go above with your service.
