I used to go to this location a lot for lunch but haven't been for a year or so. It has really gone downhill or at least it was off on this particular evening. The person slicing the meat didn't seem to know what or how much to put on the sandwich. The person putting the fixings on the sandwich put vinegar on the sandwich not 10 seconds after I said "no vinegar". They looked dazed so maybe they were new or maybe they were zoned out. Not sure if it's better at lunch than dinner, or if there has been a management change, but they need to do something different to improve.

Somehow forgets bacon on a club, then hands me burnt bacon after I have to come back. This place has just gone down hill in the last couple of years sadly. Never consistent.

I have celiac and came here every day for band camp, and not once did I get sick, in fact the workers were so friends that when we walked in on the last day the said hey and started wiping the slicer because the remembered us , it was awesome
