Whoever the young lady was, who was working drive through today on this Monday Feb 23rd has HORRIBLE customer service skills..She was rude & super UNFRIENDLY.. Many of these young people are running other people's business into the ground ...they have no customer service skills.. probably because reality shows & video games... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Any particular reason why my husband after a hard day of work, couldn't be served 3 hours before closing?! But then y'all took a customer in the drive-thru right after? What kind of sorryness is that?! Never giving business there again.

I love the nashville hot tenders but they ruined it for me. Asked for fresh fries and were told they just came up, got luke warm at best fries, and they just threw my biscuit into the box with my tenders (which no other kfc in the tri cities so it soaked up the sauce/oil from the chicken and was a soggy mess. They also gave me 2 pickles for 3 tenders.

For everyone one that wants to complain about a Nashville hot bowl make sure u also share that sauce is oil based so what does tht mean? Grease in the bowl. Stop complaining and jus get a refund or don't order it again
