🌟 A Hidden Gem in Kingsport! 🌟 Krazy Chicken International is hands-down one of the best dining experiences in town. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by a team that’s not just friendly—they’re genuinely welcoming and attentive. The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and it shows in every interaction. Now let’s talk about the Taco Salad—it’s nothing short of phenomenal. Fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor, it’s the kind of dish that keeps you coming back. The ingredients are top-notch, the seasoning is spot-on, and the presentation makes it feel like a celebration on a plate. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Kingsport, Krazy Chicken International is a must-visit. Great food, amazing service, and a vibe that’s amazing!

We ate here last Sunday, we got here right after opening. We wanted the half chickens and they didn't have any. Kind of odd considering the name. So we ended up ordering the Peruvian dishes, me and my husband took a few bites and decided to ask for the check. We didnt even ask for boxes. It's not for everybody. We won't be back.

We had a very disappointing experience. If you grew up in Latin America eating these foods on a daily basis, you will be very disappointed.

The Peruvian rotisserie chicken that they are supposedly famous for was dry and chewy. The seasoning tasted like soy sauce. The fried yuca was undercooked and also dry. The black beans were completely unseasoned. I mainly ate my white rice.

If you’ve ever had Chorrillana in Chile, please don’t visit this place. They don’t even put sausage in theirs. My husband also noticed a glob of raw egg white (or was it phlegm? Ew.) on his plate after eating most of his fries. Chorrillana has over easy eggs on top - how would raw egg have gotten to the bottom of his plate? We will never know. Luckily he did not get sick.

Service was extremely slow. The bartender who serves us was friendly but overwhelmed. The funniest part is that the suggested tips on their receipt start at 20% and go up to 30% of the meal, when this place deserves just a 10%.

Sat here for over 20 min and I have seen no employees or anyone. I would like to find out if the food is good but waiting for 20 min at the bar is beyond ridiculous to not see an employee

What an extraordinary place! The people and the food were very good. The staff/owners were very attentive. The food was excellent. We had the Peruvian dishes and the wings. Next time I am in Kingsport I am stopping here! And thank you to the person that gave us the off menu surprise item.

My family ended up at Krazy Chicken by happy accident. We were 45 minutes into what we were told would be a 20-30 minute wait at a nearby restaurant and decided to find something else when there was no end in sight. When we got to Krazy Chicken, we were greeted by everyone in the restaurant, including the customers. We were seated immediately, which in hindsight was a bit of a surprise. Our server was excellent and made several well-informed recommendations, and we all chose our meals. We even decided to get some other goodies for the table. Everything was absolutely amazing, maybe even perfect! Every single person seemed happy to be there and it was more than excellent food, the laid back and friendly atmosphere made the biggest difference. I think it will be our new favorite local restaurant. We will be back.

I was blown away!! Their chicken wings were superb! Their fries were seasoned perfectly! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had an impressive chat with the owner and assured her I will come back again and I also decided to write a paper about a restaurant dining experience I’ve had recently for my writing class. I’m definitely gonna let my friends and family and classmates know about this place! I highly recommend it!!

My first & last time at this restaurant. The 45 minute wait for our food, lacking customer service and total cost with the extra alcohol tax charge for non-alcoholic drinks are the turn-offs for us. My boyfriend & I were in Kingsport, visiting from Virginia, and decided to check out this place since it appeared to have a cool vibe online. We parked in a back parking lot & came in a back door which was unknowingly the bar/lounge side. An employee said to sit anywhere so we sat at a table near the bar. After waiting a few minutes of no one bringing a menu or taking our drink orders, I took a menu from another table. We waited a few more minutes then went into the next room with more tables since it appeared to be more of a dining area. A woman took our orders immediately once we were in that room. She was friendly & informed us of the daily specials. There was a family at another table that was finished eating & left a few minutes later. So we were the only ones in the dining room with one couple at the bar. About 10 minutes later another small group came in. About 25 minutes in, someone brought us two plates (biscuits & gravy and something else) but it wasn’t what we each ordered (sandwich and fries). So we continued to wait. During this time no one checked on us, offered to refill our drinks, or to inform us of how much longer it would take for our food to be ready. After 45 minutes of being there (assuming they were just short-staffed), I mentioned to the woman behind the bar that we had to leave & I’ll pay for our two teas & they can cancel our food order. She said she would check on the cook & then immediately came out with our food, so I don’t know how long it had been sitting there. We ended up getting it to-go since we no longer had time to eat it there. She gave me the receipt to sign and she left. I noticed an alcohol tax was charged & we only had sweet tea, no alcohol. I’m not sure where she went & I didn’t have time to wait to ask about it. I’m not sure if it’s a Tennessee restaurant tax that is automatically added since they sell alcohol or why it was on there?? We later ate the food & it was good but not worth the 45 minute wait.

First time there was amazing!! The food was shockingly good- we were expecting good food, but the pork tacos dropped our jaw 😳. Karaoke was happening this night- the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly and even accommodating for the participants (🥰🤘). Our first time, certainly won’t be our last. The energy, the food, the staff are all remarkable. So glad we went!!!

Amazing place. Miss Alice and her team have worked so hard on this place and it shows! Definitely suggest the pulled pork tacos, and karaoke night is always lit!!! Give it a try and support a beautiful small, woman owned business.

Amazing!! We went last night for our 20th anniversary dinner. This place had two sides to enjoy depending on your preference. Or outside under one of the tables with an umbrella!! Once side is quaint and quiet and the other karaoke or live music and fun!! Service is fantastic food is excellent and the atmosphere is perfect for any occasion!! A++
