Disappointed !! These doughnuts have changed ! Not what they used to be ! They don’t taste as good and the consistency was different. Also the price has gone up. This was my favorite doughnut place for years… but it’s time to find a new place.

What a mess my husband came thru the drive thru in Kingsport & ordered 3 glazed doughnuts,3 chocolate covered doughnuts,2 crème filled glaz,& 2 custard filled glazed,he got the box & the male clerk said I gave you an extra glazed doughnut. My husband thanked him paid the bill & drove home. When he got home ( we live in Blountville) & I opened the box it contained 3 crème filled chocolate covered doughnuts & 1 glazed doughnut. I call the Kristy Kramer & try explaining to the man that answered & he says you need my managers phone number!! Sorry Service & people DO NOT CARE about customer service.
