The Kingsport location has went down hill fast,,,, went in there yesterday the customer service I would rate at about 1/2 a star the front counter lady had the personality of a rock and the other lady in the back was just as unpleasant, I was actually going to just walk out but that was the first time I have ever been in there that they weren’t sold out of everything and considering my 55 mile drive I bit my tongue and stayed but I promise that will be the last time, it’s Dunkin from now on

Isaac, one of the young employee who I have interacted with few times during evening is the Kindest and most hard working gentleman that I have seen!
He goes above and beyond not just for me but for each customers who walk into that Krispy Kreme store!
Natasha and faith are hard working and give excellent customer service as well!
Thank you to all three employees! Hopefully the manager knows that these employees isaac, gaby and faith make coming to krispy kreme a greater experience after hard day of work!

Sat in the drive through with no acknowledgement for ten minutes. Gave up and entered the store to find they had only glazed donuts available, no other variety, more than five hours before posted closing time.

Went by on Saturday night around 9pm to get my regular order of a dozen glazed but they were completely out and we're not making any more for the night. They closed at 11pm and while I get trying to avoid waste leftovers, it's a weekend with a couple hours left of the night. That's two hours the employees will be wasting payroll not making the business money, which doesn't seem like a great business model.

There is hair imbedded in the frosted donut we ordered. Yuck. 🤮 and my daughter already ate half of it by the time we noticed. Will not be back to this location. absolutely disgusting.

For the last 20 days I'd say my wife and I have tried to get the Halloween donuts and failed all but once. We even went 2 times today after they told us when to come back (took down my name and phone number and said they would call as soon as they had some available) since we never recieved a call we went back anyway just to try. Not sure why you would even have them advertised if you are not going to make them...very disappointing 😕.
Smelled soured dough upon walking in. Staff wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. They had cinnamon rolls in the counter but you weren't allowed to buy them. Doughnuts had the texture of raw dough and the filled doughnuts were very light on the filing. My last trip to a Krispy Kreme.... they're no longer the doughnut shop I grew up on
